Thrill! The Red Chapter

4 Episode s . Nakano Hitomi is an ordinary employee who works for the Metropolitan Police Department’s General Affairs Section. Her job is to check the receipts for investigation expenses that the detectives pay in advance, but she is extremely sharp in detecting cases because she was raised by her father, who is a swindler. When serial killings and injuries occur, she is also the first to realise that the victims' names are linked to a word game in which one victim’s name contains the last character of the name of the previous victim. Hitomi uses detective Togawa of the First Investigative Division, whom she became acquainted with after finding discrepancies in his receipts and scheming lawyer Shirai Shinnosuke who works his way into the favour of victims to find work that pays well, to get close to the truth of the case.

Atsushi Itō and Tōru Nakamura reprised their lead roles. The initial season of "Team Batista" aired on Fuji TV in late 2008 and pulled in strong ratings, leading to a follow-up last October in the special episode "Nightingale no Chinmoku." The dramas were based on the first two novels in a best-selling medical mystery series by writer Takeru Kaido. The new season is based on the third novel, General Rouge no Gaisen. Both "Team Batista no Eiko" and "General Rouge no Gaisen" have also been adapted as a feature films, starring Yuko Takeuchi and Hiroshi Abe. Fuji TV will broadcast "Team Batista 2: General Rouge no Gaisen" on Tuesdays at 10:00pm, beginning on April 6. New cast members this time include Hidetoshi Nishijima, Ai Kato and Miho Shiraishi.

The past ends with Pikul playing the flute devoting her very last breath to Luang Yot and misunderstanding that he had betrayed her love. While Luang Yot was stabbed to death by Sarapee due to her rage over her unrequited love.
