Cang Yue (沧月), formerly known as Wang Yang (王洋), is a Chinese contemporary fantasy writer born in Taizhou in 1979. She started publishing her novels online in 2001. She then first became famous as a martial arts novelist before turning to the field of fantasy. In 2002, she began to write articles for best-selling magazines. In the past ten years, she has published more than 20 kinds of works, and the cumulative sales volume of her works has reached 10,000,000 copies.
