Sonja takes Quinton under her wing, but her advise to him makes Busi very uncomfortable. Jan's insistence that the timetables need to be filled out is making the staff very unhappy, and Franz and Bea reach an agreement concerning her ex-husband. Pippa asks Peet to leave Elise alone for now, and Elise gets the shock of her life when she recognizes a patient.

Elise tries to open up to Sofia, but she doesn't give her a chance. Daleen is still very upset about Quinton, and Pippa thinks Irvin will benefit from Louisa's little project. Jan needs to think on his feet when Rachel shows up unexpectedly, and Peet tries to find out why Elise is so upset.
