Pippa asks Peet to leave Elise alone for now, and Elise gets the shock of her life when she recognizes a patient.

Jan needs to think on his feet when Rachel shows up unexpectedly, and Peet tries to find out why Elise is so upset.

Both At and Sonja are worried about Gys and Vicky's relationship, but for different reasons. Malan surprises At by suggesting that Delia should work for them. Gideon meets Alexa and can't quite place her. Gustav meets 'n Down syndrome woman and her mother and is immediately touched. Franz and At are on opposite ends again.
