Sonja takes Quinton under her wing, but her advise to him makes Busi very uncomfortable. Jan's insistence that the timetables need to be filled out is making the staff very unhappy, and Franz and Bea reach an agreement concerning her ex-husband. Pippa asks Peet to leave Elise alone for now, and Elise gets the shock of her life when she recognizes a patient.

Jan needs to think on his feet when Rachel shows up unexpectedly, and Peet tries to find out why Elise is so upset.

Unfortunately for Delia, her plans don't work out and she is kicked out of Binneland - but she finds a way to force Malan to do her bidding. Both At and Sonja are worried about Gys and Vicky's relationship, but for different reasons. Malan surprises At by suggesting that Delia should work for them. Gideon meets Alexa and can't quite place her. Gustav meets 'n Down syndrome woman and her mother and is immediately touched. Franz and At are on opposite ends again.
