Coen leads Delia on a ghost hunt and she falls for it. At gives Rian the adjusted report and Rian struggles to contain his excitement. Charnay asks Franz for a favor.

At has a very good reason for inviting Delia to a meeting and everyone is worried about Daleen. Yvette realizes that Rian wants to be a part of the research and Franz thinks that he and Bea should tell the kids about their plans before they hear it somewhere else.
