ACP returns to his home but then heads back to the CID Bureau. On his way back, he stops in the middle of the road when suddenly a rash driver kills people sleeping on the footpath. ACP clashes with them but is unable to stop them. Being the only person who was there at the incident, he must now find a way to put the killer behind bars.
