In the end, Holika agrees to kill Prahlad who still doesn't abide by his father's rules and is ready to sit on a pyre with Holika.

Prahlad claims that when he was still in his mother's womb, Narad Muni saved his mother from being abducted by Lord Indra. He claims to have gained devotional training in Narad Muni's ashram. The Narsimha avatar of Narayan comes via the pillar as Hiranyakashipu prepares to slay Prahlad.
