Doctor Snuggles (1981)
Doctor Snuggles is an animated television series created by Jeffrey O'Kelly based on original artwork by Nick Price, about a friendly and optimistic inventor named Doctor Snuggles who has unusual adventures with his friends. The show featured fantastical scenarios which usually involved Doctor Snuggles inventing something outlandish such as a robot helper or diamond-making machine, and had a variety of supporting characters who were mostly anthropomorphic animals.

Dr. Snuggles' housekeeper, Miss Nettles, is fed up with having to do all the housework around the house and with tolerating Nobby Mouse who lives in the kitchen. She gives her notice -- as she frequently does -- and visits her friend, Madame Dumpitoo. As a present for her, Dr. Snuggles decides to invent a robot to help her with the chores but, of course, not all goes according to plan.
1x2 - The Astounding Treacle Tree
October 18, 1981
The Treacle Tree, who lives outside Dr. Snuggles' house, is bored of staying in one place. Seeing the birds gives him the idea that he wants to learn how to fly. Dr. Snuggles builds him a pair of wings, but when the tree goes missing on his practice flight, the gang has to go look for him in Dr. Snuggles' space rocket.
1x3 - The Spectacular Rescue of Miss Nettles

When Miss Nettles is kidnapped by a flying carpet, Dr. Snuggles must first consult the Cosmic Cat to find her, and then come up with a rescue plan.

When Dr. Snuggles gets a word from Uncle Bill that people and animals have been turning into butterflies, he and the gang must find a way to travel to the Amazon jungle to investigate before it's too late.

To help Granny Toots, who needs a bigger cat hospital, Dr. Snuggles decides to participate in a balloon race where the main prize is £1,000.

When Dr. Snuggles notices that the rainbow has gone pale and frayed, he must consult the Cosmic Cat and Woogie the Freckled Camel to come up with a way to repair it.

Dr. Snuggles discovers that the near-by river has dried up, and finds him hiding in a cave. The river is scared to go out to the sea because lately huge blocks of water have disappeared. Now Dr. Snuggles with the help of Uncle Bill and Woogie the Freckled Camel must find what is happening to all the water on Earth.
