Flabbergasted at facing his own company against him, Dae Gyu asks Eun Kyung to represent him. As Yu Ri and Eun Kyung try to settle outside the courtroom, Dae Gyu has a sudden change of heart. Meanwhile, Eun Kyung thinks of letting Jae Hui spend time with Ji Sang.
