Father and son duo, Kosmas and Giorgos, teach Judi about the many different uses of olive oil and Elinda takes the comedian on a trip around her herb and fruit gardens. Back on the yacht, Judi makes chargrilled vegetables with halloumi and a chilli mint dressing.

Judi visits a family run restaurant, where Mirela makes the famous kreatopita pie for her, gets crafty with a Kefalonian tradition, and meets Kostas at his vineyard. She also makes a spinach, feta and walnut parcel with a tomato salad.

The presenter stops at the archaeological site of Delphi in Greece, where she visits its famous ruins, meets the inhabitants of a bee farm, and tastes their honey. Judi also visits a family run bakery, where she makes the famous kaitafi dessert with owner Sophocles, has a party with pastry, and cooks up a dish of honey and rum peaches with mini doughnuts.
