KONG does not allow YING to learn martial arts. YING secretly learns Kung Fu after the King of Fighter from the South, LUK AH CHOI. The daughter of the King of Fighter from the North, TIN WAI NAM, goes to Guangzhou together with her mother to search for her senior fellow. NAM visits YING`s shop and is being cheated. NAM thinks that YING is a swindler. YING and NAM fight against each other. The fight came to a draw.

NAM loses his family Kung Fu Bible, the “Tin`s Kick Book”. NAM thinks that it was YING`s deed. Moreover, YING`s staff has given NAM some wrong prescription. The relationship between YING and NAM worsens. YING secretly confronts against the evil power with a disguised identity. YING thus got the chance to meet, SUNG YI MAN, who comes from a rich family. MAN thinks that YING is a hero. She secretly admires YING.

NAM is so poor that he intends to work as a maid. CHIU LEUNG recognizes NAM and sends people to drive NAM away. The YIN`s people wants to insult NAM. Meanwhile, MIU CHEUK FUNG passes by and rescues NAM. MAN returns home late at night. She is nearly raped. Fortunately, NAM rescues her. MAN then hires NAM to be her family guard. NAM and his mother then move in the SUNG`s family. The people from the Yin Shan Sect perform badly in HONG`s clinic and are all sacked. The Yin Shan Sect leader, SHAN, is very upset with this incident.

SHAN is mad at HONG. He sends POW to kidnap HONG. NAM disguised as MAN and goes to hand over the ransom with YING. YING is injured for the sake of saving HONG. NAM feels that YING is not as bad as she thought. YING stays at home due to the injury. KONG then finds out that YING has secretly learned martial arts. KONG is very angry. POW tells SHAN`s son, FU, that YING is the one who saved HONG. FU plots against YING.

FU leads his team to attack YING. YING hurts FU. SHAN takes the chance to force YING to compete with him in martial arts on platform. KONG stupefies YING and sends him away from Guangzhou in lest he would involve into trouble. MAN and NAM go to visit YING. They find that YING is out of town. SHAN`s subordinates laughs at YING who is a chicken-hearted man. NAM is mad. She represents YING to participate in the contest but is defeated. YING appears and saves NAM. YING wins SHAN and also wins fame. However, KONG is so angry that he claimed that he would break up his father and son relationship with YING.

In order to save YING, MAN asks HONG to help YING. HONG knew that MAN loves YING. In order to help YING, HONG announces that YING is MAN`s boyfriend.

YING finds that NAM deliberately keeps away from him. He asks NAM why she did that and learns the truth. YING tells HONG that he only loves NAM. NAM eavesdrops their conversation. She blesses YING and NAM. However, NAM has already left. SHAN has taken some “Kung-Fu Strengthening Pills” and becomes more powerful. SHAN hurts YING in a fight. Meanwhile, SAM passes by and lends YING a helping hand. However, both YING and SAM could not defeat SHAN. Fortunately, CHOI passes by and rescues them. CHOI knows that SAM is a good guy. He encourages SAM to keep on practicing Kung-Fu. NAM and her mother meet MIU. Her mother tells NAM that MIU is the one who killed her father. NAM is determined to take revenge for her father.

January 11, 2001
YING asks MIU why he killed NAM`s father. MIU killed the King of Fighter from the North mistakenly as he had resorted to secret weapon to attack him. MIU comes to the south to fulfil his wish. He would have a contest with the King of Fighter from the South, CHOI. CHOI wins the contest. However, MIU and CHOI become good friends after the fight. They even arrange to join force to fight against the King of Eagle Claw two weeks later. SHAN sends his subordinate, YU, to stupefy NAM and her mother. NAM and her mother wake up later and try to escape away. NAM eavesdrops SHAN and YU`s conspiracy.

YING and MAN cannot find NAM and her mother. They suspect that they are being kidnapped. Later, they save NAM and her mother from the Yin Shan Sect. SAM thinks that YING is not loyal to MAN. He challenges YING. SAM loses. SAM warns YING not to upset MAN. YING then finds out that SAM did everything for MAN. YING encourages SAM to charm MAN. CHOI and MIU compete in the bamboo wood. SHAN takes the chance to poison them. CHOI is seriously poisoned while trying to save YING and MIU.

CHOI is dying. He gives YING a set of clay dolls and the “White Crane Palm Bible” and asks him to win fame for his Kung Fu. NAM does not tell them about SHAN`s conspiracy for the sake of taking revenge. It indirectly causes CHOI's death. She feels very sorry but she dares not tell YING. MIU wants to become NAM`s teacher. She does not accept at the beginning. However, she accepts for the sake of knowing more about her enemy. NAM`s mother is very angry at NAM learning Kung Fu from the one who killed her father.

NAM`s mother threats NAM that she will kill herself if NAM keeps on learning Kung Fu from MIU. NAM explains to her mother about her secret plot. MONG`s plans were destroyed. He makes use of his mistress, KU, to create chaos in the White Lotus Sect so as to divert the offcials` attention. The White Lotus Sect delivers some `Special Water` to the mass. In fact, this so-called `Special Water` contains opium. YING and his friends slip into the White Lotus Sect to find out the truth.

YING, NAM and SAM join force to fight against KU. However, they could not defeat KU. NAM is hurt for the sake of saving YING. YING suck out the poison from NAM. KU is touched with this scene. KU has left a good impression on YING. SING is a secret agent from the government to investigate the White Lotus Sect. SING stays in YING`s home as he is YING`s uncle. KU pretends that she is persecuted by the White Lotus Sect and flees to YING`s place. KU is MONG`s spy instead. KU makes YING take some aphrodisiacs. Affected by the drug, YING sleeps with KU.

NAM meets LEUNG. LEUNG thinks that NAM has already known about her father`s bad deed. LEUNG thus tells NAM the details. NAM cannot accept the fact. YING proves that it was a true story. NAM is even more upset. KU bothers YING. YING frankly tells KU that he only loves NAM. KU decides to kill NAM. MIU dies for the sake of saving NAM. KU finds out SING`s real identity. MONG orders KU to kill SING. Till then could YING realize KU`s real identity. KU admits. She even forces YING to marry her if he wants to know who is the master man. YING agrees for the sake of knowing the truth.

SAM is angry to learn that YING is going to marry KU. SAM questions YING. YING tells SAM the truth. However, KU eavesdrops the conversation. KU rebukes YING. She decides to kill both SING and YING. KU kidnaps SING and NAM`s mother. YING and NAM arrive. KU kills NAM`s mother. NAM is knocked down the cliff. YING is heart-broken as he thought that NAM is dead. A fisherman saves NAM. However, NAM`s limbs are paralyzed after this incident.

The fisherman and his wife take very good care of NAM. They even take NAM as their adopted daughter. YING helps the government officials to chase KU. MONG fears that KU will involve him into trouble, he thus sends people to kill KU. KU is injured. She flees to HING`s place. He puts MONG`s criminal evidence at the altar for worshiping ancestors at YING`s home before she died. She has hinted at this to YING but YING is not aware at all. YING and MAN go to NAM`s fishing village to recruit students for the village's school. The fisherman invites YING and MAN to visit his home. NAM is shocked to see YING.

NAM crawls back into her room so as to avoid YING. MAN sees NAM when she returned to the house to get back her handkerchief. NAM begs MAN not to tell YING about her. MAN treats NAM with acupuncture. MONG sends his subordinate, HOI, to become SAM`s student aiming at destroying evidence which is against him. However, HOI finds nothing. YING knows NAM`s whereabouts from MAN. Meanwhile, NAM also recovers. YING proposes to marry NAM. NAM tells YING about her selfishness that caused CHOI's death.

YING is shocked. He rebukes NAM. Since then YING does not mention about the marriage. SING has to go back to the capital secretly. YING initiates to protect SING. On the way HOI wants to kill SING. YING kills HOI. MAN heard about YING and NAM`s case. Both MAN and SING persuades YING to forgive NAM. NAM goes back to the fishing village. She meets her senior fellow, CHEUNG. NAM decides to stay in the village. YING arrives.

NAM ignores YING and stays in CHEUNG`s home. CHEUNG claims that he will marry NAM next week. YING is very disappointed. In fact, CHEUNG is MONG`s people. MONG sends CHEUNG to kill SING and find the evidence which is against him. CHEUNG gets the approval from MONG to challenge YING on platform and kills YING if possible. YING takes the challenge. CHEUNG loses. He tells YING that NAM and him are only pretended lovers so as to win YING`s trust. He secretly plots against YING. The government officials arrest YING.

YING is being escorted to the capital. SAM rescues YING. When YING, HONG and SAM are trying to escape, MONG`s subordinate, LIU, arrives and hurts HONG. Before he died, HONG asks YING to look after MAN. MAN is sick. YING goes back to his herbal medicine shop to get medicine for MAN. Unexpectedly, he discovers the evidence for prosecuting MONG. LIU comes to where YING and the others are hiding. Luckily, NAM comes to their rescue and they finally escape. NAM discovers CHEUNG`s real identity. She makes use of CHEUNG to entice MONG. YING fights against MONG. He eventually kills MONG with his `Invincible Kick`. YING and MAN are going to get married. MAN knows that YING loves NAM the most. MAN asks NAM to stay. Both NAM and MAN become YING`s wives. The three live together happily ever after.
