CHIANG LAI apologizes to WING-NIN's parents alone and WING-NIN's parents scold her angrily. HIU-YEUNG keeps taking care of CHIANG LAI and CHIANG LAI cannot suppress her feelings anymore. She declares her love to HIU-YEUNG and hopes that he will separate with MAN-CHI. CHIANG TSUN returns and SHING-TIN makes arrangements to improve his status in the company. After body check, the doctor says that CHIANG LAI is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. FA-LA is not coming to work and all colleagues believe that this is because of KA-YU. CHIANG YUEN visits FA-LA and he realizes that she is injured while trying to protect KO HING during his unsuccessful performance. CHIANG LAI's condition is getting worse and she even tries to commit suicide at the rooftop of the hospital. CHIANG TSUN gets rid of his drug abuse image successfully and he attends an international trading conference on behalf of Mao Kwong. CHIANG YUEN gives up the collaboration project with KA-YU's father and HIU-YEUNG decides to resign. MAN-CHI separates with HIU-YEUNG and she moves out from his home. SHING-TIN is taking a rest at home and SZE-LAM handles all the important matters in the company. TSAU-PING tries to get involved in the matters but SZE-LAM tries to avoid it by attacking her. After the separation of MAN-CHI and HIU-YEUNG, TSAU-KAN declares his feelings to MAN-CHI but MAN-CHI cannot accept it. CHIANG YUEN learns that CHIANG SING has left the hospital. He forgives him and invites him to work for him. SIU-TIN cannot forget SIU-MING and he tries to sneak into the dressing room by pretending to be somebody else. In order to console CHIANG LAI, SHING-TIN invites HIU-YEUNG to work at Mao Kwong. HIU-YEUNG invites SZE-LAM to meet up secretly. He reveals that he has got evidences of SZE-LAM committing adultery and he threatens her to offer her personal networks to him. HIU-YEUNG launches a mobile app to fight against CHIANG YUEN's company. CHIANG YUEN is not upset and he even encourages HIU-YEUNG to work hard and take good care of CHIANG LAI. HIU-YEUNG and CHIANG LAI are getting married soon and MAN-CHI is not surprised at all. MAN-CHI discovers that TSAU-KAN is missing and she realizes that he has met his ex-girlfriend SHAN-SHAN again. CHIANG YUEN decides to divorce KA-YU. CHIANG YUEN visits the grave of FA-LA's husband with FA-LA and he reveals his true feelings there. CHIANG YUEN and FA-LA meet SIU-MING when they return home. CHIANG YUEN tells SIU-TIN everything about SIU-MING and SIU-TIN rushes to the shooting location to look for SIU-MING.

CHIANG YUEN suspects that CHIANG TSUN did not commit suicide and he shares his speculation with MAN-CHI and the others. CHIANG SING tries to look for TONG CHING but he discovers that she has got a boyfriend already. CHIANG SING is very ashamed with CHIANG TSUN's death and he decides to join an overseas investment project. SIU-MING recognizes SIU-TIN again and she tries to get back her lost memory. On the other hand, SIU-MING's manager tries to convince SIU-TIN and SIU-TIN decides to leave SIU-MING. SHING-TIN discovers that HIU-YEUNG is gaining control of the company and he decides to stop it. However, he is embroiled in a corruption case suddenly. He has got a stroke because of the huge stress and he collapses. Mao Kwong's shareholders seize the chance to elect HIU-YEUNG as the chairman. When SHING-TIN wakes up, he is not able to speak at all and he is very shocked and upset.

HIU-YEUNG becomes the chairman of Mao Kwong and he relocates SHING-TIN's subordinates to other countries. MAN-CHI and TSAU-KAN discuss about CHIANG TSUN's last words to CHIANG LAI. MAN-CHI finds it suspicious and she discusses the matter with CHIANG YUEN and the others. Everybody suspects that HIU-YEUNG is involved in CHIANG TSUN's death. CHIANG YUEN learns that CHIANG SING's overseas investment project is a fake. In order to maintain his self-esteem, CHIANG SING hides away from all friends and relatives. CHIANG YUEN starts dating with FA-LA again. He is very excited to learn that FA-LA is pregnant. TSAU-KAN tries to visit CHIANG LAI with excuse. He actually wants to collect HIU-YEUNG's criminal evidence and he learns that CHIANG LAI suspects that HIU-YEUNG is committing adultery. SZE-LAM falls in love with HIU-YEUNG as time goes by. In order to get HIU-YEUNG, she tries to disclose her relationship with HIU-YEUNG to the media. HIU-YEUNG gains full control of Mao Kwong successfully. He visits SHING-TIN at the hospital to humiliate him. HIU-YEUNG returns home and discovers that CHIANG LAI is heartbroken. HIU-YEUNG admits to her that he has never loved her and CHIANG LAI leaves home angrily. HIU-YEUNG cannot forget MAN-CHI. He declares his love to her and stops her from dating with TSAU-KAN. SIU-TIN is worried about the court case. SIU-MING arrives to tell him that she has regained her memory. However, SIU-TIN doesn't want to cause troubles to SIU-MING. He refuses to get help from her and he decides to take all the responsibilities.

A car suddenly runs towards MAN-CHI. In order to protect MAN-CHI, FA-LA is seriously injured. SHING-TIN feels hopeless and he refuses to have physical therapy. CHIANG YUEN and KO HING visit him to encourage him. CHIANG SING is mentally ill and CHIANG YUEN keeps visiting him to share his true feelings with him.
