A simple task with a ping-pong ball also costs several of the participants their dignity, and Mark Le Fêvre his eyesight, and then another obstacle forces Ruben Søltoft to visit a nursing home in North Jutland.

It's time for the grand finale, and now it will be decided who can take grandmaster Lasse Rimmer's gilded head home as the season's overall winner. Julie Ølgaard, Nikolaj Stokholm, Ruben Søltoft, Lina Rafn and Christian Fuhlendorff are all ready to sacrifice both life and dignity in the pursuit of the Grandmaster's favour. They must both eat eggs on time, find their way with the help of a piece of toast bread and play mini golf with chicken eggs. And then we find out if there is a place on the body where Ruben Søltoft does not dare to put a pineapple in.
