The Help (2004)
22-year-old Maria was on her way to becoming a beautician when a family crisis forced her to take a new path, and she now finds herself employed as the maid for the extremely wealthy Ridgeway family. As one of many servants who dote on the demented and dysfunctional family, Maria discovers there's not only a class struggle between the upstairs and the downstairs, but there's an all out war among "The Help."

When Dwayne gets a cold, Mrs. Ridgeway hires a new trainer. However the staff don't become to fond of him when they start receiving manual labor, so the staff has to come up with a plan to get rid of the new trainer and get Dwayne back or else continue ""feeling the burn!""

The Help asks the Ridgeway's to invest in Maggie's Chicken that contains a secret recipe, but later realize they have to stop Maggie from broadcasting it on a live television segment because it doesn't taste the same anymore.

After the Ridgeway's discovers a mouse in the mansion, The Help decides to tell them there are more roaming in the walls. That gets the Ridgeway's to go on vacation and the Help decides to have a party. However, things go from bad to worse when Mrs. Ridgeway's personal assistant catches them in the act.

Ollie gets busted for selling fake id's, so he asks the rest of the help to invest in a share of him. However, the staff decides to turn thing around and try to get Ollie to get Veronica pregnant because they know the Ridgeway's would pay him a big settlement to go away.

When Maria has to leave her apartment because of rent increase, she ends up sleeping in the dog house which turns out to be the best thing she could've done. However, Maria realizes that she gets too comfortable and has to face the challenge of asking Mrs. Ridgeway for a raise. Meanwhile, Anna tries to win Douglas's affection back after he finds a new girlfriend.
1x7 - Searching For Grampa Eddie

When Ms. Ridgeway builds a new garden over the help's parking lot, she leaves one space whish will be designated for the Employee of the Month, causing the help to form teams. Molly loses Grampa Eddie on a walk, causing the rest of the help to come to her aid.
