The House at Christianshavn (1970)
The series follows the residents of an apartment building on Copenhagen's Christianshavn, as they go about their daily lives and challenges. There is Olsen, a mover with an old fashion view of the world, Clausen who runs the local pet shop, Egon the career focused assistant, their wives who work hard to keep their spouses lives together, the young couple Tue and Rikke who recently moved in, the hard working caretaker Meyer, who never puts in to much effort, and of course Emma, the innkeeper of Rottehullet, where all the important decisions are made while running up the bar tab. The series was produced by Nordisk Film for Danmarks Radio TV station between the years 1970-77. The series' first director was Ebbe Langberg, then Erik Balling and Tom Hedegaard respectively. The series was conceived by an author team of well-known Danish authors such Leif Panduro, Benny Andersen, and Lise Nørgaard.

Tue inherits a piano and Olsen is selling the family piano because his son would rather play the electric guitar.

May 30, 1970
Tue and Rikke overslept and Rikke panics as she has to get to work quickly, only to realise that it's Saturday. The couple instead decides to go for a picnic in the woods. Karla is getting a visit from her new boyfriend Egon, whom she hasn't told about her child yet. Later that day, the fire safety inspector shows up in the house following a report of someone living in the attic apartment, which is in violation of the fire regulations.
1x4 - Stuck in the eye
June 6, 1970
Mrs. Clausen gets something stuck in her eye while making liver paste and Mr. Clausen has to take her to the emergency room. Clausen asks Tue to look after the pet store while he is gone, but things get challenging when Tue's girlfriend, Rikke, drops of children from her job at the kindergarten.
1x5 - You are cordially invited
June 13, 1970
Karla and Egon are getting married, but before they leave for the church, a premarital argument breaks out because Egon does not want Karla's child, Bimmer, at the wedding. Mr. and Mrs. Clausen are also fighting, and Mrs. Clausen ends up not wanting to go to the wedding. Both Karla and Mrs. Clausen lock themselves in their bedrooms. Luckily, expect help is at hand to grant the prospective groom and Mr. Clausen access to their bedrooms.
1x6 - Striking gold
June 20, 1970
There has been a rubbery at an insurance company and the police suspects Larsen. He is therefore taken to the police station. The same day, Clausen discovers a new parrot that he hasn't seen before in his store.
