Secret and Morocco have a mission to secure the Bombay Bomb in the Pentagon, whilst the Masked Granny undergoes a heist to steal it.

Squiddly is jealous of the new dolphins attracting crowds at Bubbleland. He runs away and shows off his surfing skills, landing himself in trouble with a hotel detective. In his quest to be a star, Squiddly also causes quite a commotion among visiting tourists.

The queen enlists Winnie's help to get rid of Snow White. Winnie puts her to sleep with a magic apple. Winnie accidentally eats some of the apple and is also put to sleep. Only a prince's kiss can wake them. A dog named Prince comes by and licks Winnie as a real prince is walking by. Winnie thinks the real prince woke her and chases after him. The real prince wakes Snow White and Prince, the dog, chases after Winnie.

Secret receives orders from Scotland Yard to recover the stolen crown jewels. He does, but is accused of being the thief himself by the police.

Two spies steal Winnie's broom and replace it with a regular broom. They can't get the broom to fly so they return it to Winnie and demand to know the secret words. Winnie gives them a painful broom flying lesson, chases them away and turns them into frogs.

Two kids are lost in the woods. They meet Winnie at her house and pretend to be Hansel and Gretel. Without Winnie's permission, the kids take off on Winnie's broom and eventually land back in their own yard. When they tell their mother what happened, she doesn't believe them. When they try to prove their adventure by showing their mother the broom, it's gone. Winnie had retrieved it. The mother punishes the kids for telling fibs.

Secret and Morocco are sent to stop Wily Wolf from smuggling sheep. Secret lures him into a trap with a Little Red Riding Hood scenario.

A pitcher on a kid's baseball team is too sick to play. Winnie volunteers to pitch for them. Her witchcraft baseball is amazing and is witnessed by some major league scouts. The scouts want to sign her up and she goes with them in their car. When she realizes the scouts only want her, not the whole team, she disappears and goes back to the kids.

Secret and Morocco are assigned to safeguard Pasha Panchabaggie, but Pasha rides away on his flying carpet and proves difficult to catch.

Winnie uses her witchcraft and broom to discipline and teach the class. The teacher returns to well-behaved pupils now eager to learn.

Red Riding Hood visits Winnie on her way to Granny's house. When Red leaves, Winnie warns her about a bad wolf. A wolf is mad about Red's detour and tells Winnie he'll meet Red at Granny's house. Winnie flies ahead and changes places with Granny. Winnie uses her witchcraft and broom on the wolf when he tries to get her. When Red Riding Hood finally arrives, the wolf is recuperating in Granny's bed from Winnie's painful lesson.

Dr. Dangit creates five robot duplicates of Secret Squirrel to commit crimes and frame the real one for them. Secret follows the duplicates to Dangit's hideout and turns them against him.

Winnie, on vacation in the U.S.A., visits the old western town of Crooked Gulch. The men in the town are happy to see a woman, despite her being a witch, since there are no women in the town. Dreadful Dalton attacks the town and the cowardly men leave and make Winnie the sheriff. Winnie teaches the Dalton gang a lesson using her witchcraft. The men return and before taking her leave, Winnie sends a stagecoach full of women to the town.

Upon being called in by a scientist, Secret and Morocco attempt to catch what seems to be a cat containing explosive atoms inside. Unfortunately, a cat-chasing dog makes their task difficult.

Squiddly runs away to the circus to seek fun and excitement and disguises himself as a clown.

Winnie, feeling sorry for the one remaining little dog in an animal shelter, searches for a good home for the pet. None of the three places she picked works out for the dog and the dog runs back to Winnie's house. Winnie names the dog Spooky and decides to keep it for herself.

Secret and Morocco try to catch Yellow Pinkie, who stole all the gold from the mint, but will have to chase him in a car race first.

A Pentagon general enlists Winnie to capture the evil Dr. Zero. Winnie finds the doctor and uses her witchcraft to repel his attempts to destroy her. Winnie convinces the doctor to give up his evil ways.

Secret and Morocco are sent to safeguard the king's crown, only for it to be stolen by Yellow Pinkie. Secret thwarts every one of his enemy's traps in order to recover the king's crown.

When The Chief is planning to send a balloon up to the sky with fireworks attached to it that reads "Come to Bubbleland" for a publicity scheme, Squiddly floats out of Bubbleland onto it and when he hits the ground out in a desert, a Flying Saucers Members Society group think that he is a visitor from outer space.

The Three Little Pigs ask for Winnie's help with the Big Bad Wolf. Winnie uses her witchcraft to protect the pigs. The wolf tries to learn sorcery but it backfires. Winnie helps the wolf and the grateful wolf is now the Big Good Wolf.

Winnie hears that a UFO is over the White House. Winnie flies to Washington and finds an alien threatening to destroy the world. The alien tries to prove its superiority over humans but it is no match for Winnie's witchcraft. Winnie eventually sends the alien back to its planet.

Secret and Morocco investigate the petrified population of Okey Dokey Isle, where they encounter the responsible perpetrator, Double-Ex.

When Chief Winchley orders Squiddly to keep busy when he steps out, Squiddly meets a seal who sends him out of Bubbleland by using bubbles and Squiddly pops out of his bubble and lands in the woods and meets a fox who is being pursued by a not-so-bright dog, so Squiddly helps him out by pretending he's the fox himself.
1x51 - Ugly Duckling Trouble

Winnie saves an ugly duckling from jumping over a cliff. Granting the duck's request not to be a duck anymore, Winnie changes it into several different types of animals. The duck gets into trouble being those other animals and is grateful when it is finally changed back into a duck.

Secret and Morocco go aboard a Spanish galleon to investigate the ghost of Captain Kidd, who is actually Yellow Pinkie seeking gold.

Winnie is asked to baby sit for two boys. After putting the kids to bed, she falls asleep. The kids then take her magic wand and perform various tricks. After they change themselves into gorillas they can't remember the magic words to change them back. Winnie's broom wakes Winnie and then Winnie changes everything back to normal as the boys' parents are coming home.

Morocco takes the liberty of locating a gold shipment, stolen by Yellow Pinkie all by himself. Secret discreetly assists during his vacation.

Inspired to be an actor by one of his favorite actors, Waverly Walrus, Squiddly leaves Bubbleland to go to Hollywood to meet him and do acting.

Tom Thumb is sad. The other boy scouts won't let him camp with them because he's too small. Winnie decides to take Tom camping herself. With a little clandestine help from Winnie, Tom rescues the other scouts from a raft about to go over waterfalls. Tom is then named leader of their troop.

The cops call on Pussycat Man to stop the two-headed villain, the Thinker. Winnie, a big fan of Pussycat Man, hears about it over the radio and decides to go meet him. She accidentally makes him faint and decides to take his place to stop the Thinker from robbing a bank. Winnie, as Pussycat Man, foils the robbery attempt using her witchcraft. Afterwards, she convinces the real Pussycat Man that he stopped the robbers.

Secret and Morocco battle Yellow Pinkie in his new Pink Sky Mobile against their Spy Car. Both of them end up with scooting vehicles.

Winnie crash lands into a western town and falls on the mayor. The mayor appoints Winnie as sheriff to take care of the infamous Brushface Burns. Winnie stops the crook from robbing a bank by using her witchcraft. Winnie also stops Brushface from robbing a train, rustling cattle, and robbing a stagecoach. In the end, Brushface decides to give up his evil ways and chases after Winnie in courtship.
