However, their fortunes seem to change when Shemp receives news of his wealthy Uncle Phineas Bowman's impending visit, with Shemp as the sole heir to his million fortune. Upon learning of Uncle Phineas's wealth, Mrs. MacGruder allows them to remain in the apartment.

The Stooges are auto mechanics who need money in order to marry their sweethearts. While working in their auto garage, some escaped convicts pull in with a damaged fender. While the trio are working on the vehicle, they hear a news flash over the radio about some escaped convicts. They put the pieces together and realize that the baddies are right in their garage. The boys capture the crooks, collect the reward, and marry their sweethearts.
7x14 - Rip, Sew and Stitch
September 3, 1953
The Stooges find themselves in dire financial straits as their tailor shop faces imminent repossession by the Skin and Flint Finance Corporation. Learning of a substantial reward offered for the capture of fugitive bank robber Terry "Slippery Fingered" Hargan, the trio sees an opportunity to alleviate their economic troubles. Serendipitously, Hargan seeks refuge in their shop, inadvertently leaving behind a suit jacket containing the combination to a safe.
7x15 - Bubble Trouble

The Stooges, proprietors of a local drug store facing lease expiration due to the obstinate landlord Amos Flint, witness his maltreatment of his elderly wife Cerina. Moved by Cerina's plight, the Stooges offer her refuge in their shop's rear quarters. Inspired by Cerina's desire to regain her lost youth, Shemp concocts a "Fountain of Youth" elixir, leading to Cerina's transformation into a stunning beauty. However, a mishap involving bubble gum instead of marshmallows adds a comedic twist to their celebration.
7x16 - Goof on the Roof

The Stooges are informed of their roommate Bill's recent marriage, necessitating their relocation to accommodate his new wife. As a gesture of appreciation, they undertake the installation of Bill's newly acquired television antenna. The malicious designs of the malevolent magician Murgatroyd disrupt this arrangement as he orchestrates the abduction of Princess Alicia for his own matrimonial aspirations.

Shemp's ailment, an enlarged vein in his leg, triggers concerns about potential amputation. Following medical advice, he embarks on a therapeutic journey to the Old West. Arriving in a frontier town characterized by its lawlessness, the trio forms an unlikely bond with the notorious outlaw Doc Barker. Misinterpreting Shemp's reference to his medical condition as a metaphor for a lucrative gold vein, Barker becomes intrigued. However, their newfound camaraderie is tested when Nell, a local resident, reveals Barker's true identity as an outlaw holding her sisters captive.

Following their matrimonial ceremonies, the Stooges are confronted with an unsettling revelation: the Noonan brothers, during the Stooges' recent absence, have developed an affection for the newlywed wives and sworn to exact vengeance upon our protagonists should the weddings transpire. Subsequently, in the aftermath of the Justice of the Peace's departure, the Stooges find themselves pursued by the Noonan brothers, leading to a comedic skirmish involving firearms and ultimately devolving into a physical altercation.
7x22 - Scotched in Scotland
November 4, 1954
The Stooges are detective school graduates who are shipped off to Scotland. Adorned in kilts and adopting contrived Scottish accents, the Stooges, adopting the aliases McMoe, McLarry, and McShemp, assuming the responsibility of safeguarding the esteemed possessions housed within the precincts of Glenheather Castle, under the auspices of The Earl. Unbeknownst to them, the castle's staff are complicit in a scheme to pilfer its treasures, taking advantage of the Stooges' presence as they slumber within its walls.
