Paul and Fritz wonder about Astrid's devotion to the Villa. Fritz's secrecy over a dinner appointment makes Sussie think there is romance in the air. Marius asks Eben to come back to work.

Paul runs circles round Celeste while Eben wonders if his mother is still hiding something from them. The children of the Abraham Kriel home arrive and the Villa celebrates Christmas with the popular singer Riana Nel.
