Nevertheless, the KING by chance comes to the restaurant of CHUEN and dines there. However, CHUEN and his wife treat him as an idiot and increase the price of food unreasonably. The KING fails to pay the bill and is scold by them severely. CHUEN orders the KING to work for him in order to pay his debt.

Later, she realizes that the KING is figuring out the answer of a metaphor that questioned by CHI. Queen MAN is upset for lacking the attention of the KING. In fact, the KING really enjoys his life with family KIM. Moreover, he invites CHUEN to palace and appoints him to be the sole distributor of pork in palace after he has taste the pork dumpling. Persian Prince presents the rare black roses to the KING; hence, the KING invites them to view the tuberose. She conspires with SIN and succeeds in cheating the handwrite tips from KWOK KAU. Then, they post the tips in town and arises the attention of the KING while he visits the examination hall. Therefore, the KING changes the question immediately and yet, KWOK KAU suffers a great loss for the compensation.

YEK regrets for the misunderstandings and tends to deliver her apology through a parrot. She accidentally enters the forbidden place and……

Concubine then makes up a story and makes SASA think that the British Emperor has picked her. SASA recalls her tips-bag and believes that she should to marry the British Emperor.

SASA says farewell to DAVID. She learns that the travelling time from Scotland to China requires three to ten years and the procedure for a marriage proposal requires DAVID to back and fro Scotland and China for two to three times. SASA fears that she die before she can get married. She thinks of a way and asks DAVID to return to Scotland as soon as possible. SASA wants to have a very slim waist as the westerners do. She asks YEK to help but she makes YEK faint instead. YEK does not say a word after woke up. He makes use of his body language to express himself. They try their best to make YEK speak but is in vain. They worry a lot for him. SASA’s good friend who has married to Korea tells SASA her grievance and torture. She needs to walk for seven years to return to her country. She advises SASA not to marry to a foreigner. SASA is very scared.

GAY prays for YEK and falls into a trap. The swindler cheats her two hundred taels and some jewelry. GAY forces YEK to drink the spell water soon after YEK has eaten a lot of laichee. YEK has disappeared when they are visiting the lake. All search for him. SASA finds YEK at the Kwun-Yin Temple. YEK has lost his way nearby the temple. SASA witnesses the scene that YUI is comforting YEK. SASA tells YUI her likeliness towards YEK. GAY warns SASA not to thinks too much about YEK.

SIN thanks GAY by giving her a tips-bag. However, there is only a piece of blank paper inside the tips-bag. GAY thinks of it seriously and learns that it means “the fairy is going to give her a baby”. GAY tells the Palace Doctor her symptoms and strongly believes that she is pregnant. All are glad for GAY. GAY falls down in the street and goes to see doctor. She eventually learns that it is just a misunderstanding.

LO and MEI force YUI to keep fit. SASA thinks that they are maltreating their husband. She swears to save her loved one. LO and MEI tell each other their “keep-fit” secret and mutually agree that they will not tell other people their secret. SASA eavesdrops at their conversation and unveils their secrets. It lead to a big quarrel between LO and MEI.

LO and MEI make YUI lose face. CHI scolds them and blames YUI who do not manage his wives well. All three are being punished. SASA draws a “harmonious lot” from SIN. She gives this lot to YUI and claims that it could help to bring his family harmony. YUI believes in SASA’s words. YUI lives at the reading room temporarily. He turns a cold shoulder to LO and MEI and even scolds them. LO and MEI immediately pretend that they have reconciled. LO and MEI quarrel again as they claimed that each other has bought one’s beloved stuff. YUI then knows that they have not yet reconciled. LO, MEI and YUI imitate the character of the White Snake Legend. TONG misunderstands that LO and MEI again maltreats YUI. When LO and MEI left, somebody push YUI down to the pond.

YUI is in coma. TONG recalls what she witnessed. SASA rebukes LO and Mei who have murdered their husband. LO and MEI try to defend but YUI stops them and even drive them away.

CHI blames YUI why he wrote the divorce letter. PRINCESS recognizes that it was SASA’s handwriting. SASA lies that it was YU who asked her to help after drunk. YUI sighs that it is fate. MEI is out of her mind as she misses HEI very much. CHUEN and KAO propose MEI to return to the palace. CHI arrives. CHUEN and KAO immediately give CHI face and require compensation so as to let MEI back to the palace. In fact, CHI only wants to lend MEI’s silk scarf to cure HEI’s mother sick. MEI is very disappointed. LO is starved that she faints. A woman gives her a big mean and she is even willing to pay her one hundred taels to employ her.

In fact, this woman is the mamasan who intends to force LO to become a prostitute. LO shouts for help. MEI delivers some pork to the brothel and hears LO’s scream. She rescues LO. SASA visits YUI and finds a pair of lady’s shoes. She throws away the shoes and hits YUI. SASA thinks that YUI is so exhausted that she forces him to sit on the wheelchair. SASA even brings YUI sight-seeing.

LO and MEI miss their sons a lot. They ask BILL to bring some sweets to their son to test the water. HONG and FU see BILL. They try to stop BILL to talk to CHI. They even keep HUAN and HEI away from them. BILL retreats. SASA gets a tips-bag from SIN featuring the character “Not”. She thought that it was an omen sign. She passes the tips-bag to LO and MEI who have just arrived. She even claims that they are the abandoned one. SIN points out that there is another meaning for the character “Not”. It means that every cloud has a silver lining. SASA is enlightened.

July 16, 2002

SASA shows the “Not” tips bag and claims that the worst will be over soon. She slanders LO and MEI. The palace servants devise to match-make BILL and PAK. PAK eavesdrops at their plan and is glad. SASA knows everything and decides to grant BILL marrying PAK. BILL suffers a great blow. The palace servants are happy for PAK. SASA asks PAK to pick one from some pictures featuring old men. Otherwise, she cannot marry BILL.

LO and MEI meet CHI on the street. When they are discussion how to apologize to CHI, FU keeps CHI away from them. They blame FU who obstruct parent and son reunion. FU rebukes them. LO and MEI begs GAY to bring them to see their son outside the palace. GAY promises. Unfortunately, FU sees GAY. He forces GAY to swear not to bring HUAN and HEI to see LO and MEI. LO and MEI wait for GAY at the Missing Son Pavilion for a long time. However, GAY does not show up. They are so heart-broken that even the signboard of the Missing Son Pavilion broke into two pieces and hits them.

They ask KWOK KAU to tell the truth. YEK depends on the Ginseng to keep herself alive.

CHI got a secret medicine formula accidentally. She goes to the remote hill with LIN to look for the Palace Doctor. They eventually got the Soul Recovering Soup after encountering many difficulties. When QUEEN heard about the news, she immediately asks Eunuch LING to steal the soup. Unexpectedly, LING’s disturbance makes YEK recover. All ask YEK who pushed her into the water. YEK cannot remember. MEI and LO knew that YEK has recovered. They beg her to help but in vain. LO is even chased and beaten by her enemy, LING. Fortunately, YUI rescues her in time.
