CHUEN and his family are very upset. KING sees that CHI is sick. He intends to give her a thousand-year-old ginseng. KING discovers that the ginseng has lost. He is very angry and orders to carry out a thorough investigation. CHI finds that TONG is seriously injured and gives her some ointment. She sighs that LING again makes use of his authority to take revenge. CHI is aware that it was because of her. She decides to beg KING with PRINCESS.

KING is excited and orders the imperial doctor to prescribe a medicine to control his lust. The plot of QUEEN KWAI fails again; she even loses the chance to bear a child for KING in the meantime. Therefore, she asks KWOK KAU to curse on QUEEN BO by using her hair. Unfortunately, PAK fails the mission again but, delivers her own bunch of hair to KWOK KAU instead.

When KWOK KAU starts cursing, QUEEN BO is completely fine; while PAK suffers from a serious headache. She begs QUEEN KWAI to forgive her and admits her own failure. KWOK KAU determines to kill the unborn child and precedes another plan. He designs a ‘Fung Shui’ plot in order to curse on the unborn child. Suddenly, QUEEN KWAI faints and realizes that she is pregnant too. Nevertheless, she carries the baby much earlier than QUEEN BO. The situation becomes awkward and KWOK KAU terminates his cursing immediately in order to save his sister but, she must swallow the pig swarm to resolve the curse. KING orders his citizens to fasting and purification for a month. Hence, BILL has to carry out the order and forbids CHUEN to sell pork. PAK tends to help BILL; however, she messes up the things again.

By chance, PAK discovers that BILL is dating with DAN; she then takes the advantage to blackmail BILL for the pig swarm and rescues QUEEN KWAI. LO intends to take advantage of their disagreement; unfortunately, she suffers from a big loss. On the other hand, there is a rumor spreading that the underwear of QUEEN BO can bring good fortune; thus, KATE asks BO to give the underwear to her as present. She returns to the palace and reckons the account with the Minister. Besides, KATE accidentally inspires QUEEN KWAI to come up another plot. She asks PAK to poison QUEEN BO in order to make her miscarry. But the carelessness of PAK once again makes her fail the mission. On contrary, QUEEN KWAI turns out to be the victim and loses her child due to a slip.

Eunuch LING often comes up with bad ideas. He suggests QUEEN KWAI to poison QUEEN BO at the desert; however, the plan does not go off smoothly and LO becomes the victim instead. LO intends to increase her status by letting FUEN FUEN to be the adoptive son of QUEEN BO. Therefore, QUEEN BO rewards them with the desert and poison LO indirectly. CHI fails to find CHUT to rescue LO and takes away the dioxin prescription by her own. Hence, the wrong prescription nearly causes the life of LO. Meanwhile, YUET refuses to visit LO in order to make her holds on till the last breath.

At last, MEI successfully provokes LO and brings out her determination to live again. LO recovers from coma and splits the poison due to anger. Despite the kindness of MEI, LO dares to forgive MEI and she forbids FUEN and HEI together. Family KIM disagree the act of LO and YUET also feels embarrass. While MEI seeks for the advice from SIN in order to settle the dispute and sets off to find the blessed tree. On the other hand, CHUEN and KUE hear about the act of LO from SIN and feel pity for MEI as well. MEI meets the robber when she is traveling. Her disappearing causes the suspicious of Family KIM, especially when they discover a shoe in the temple, which is full of blood. All of them suspect LO is the murderer and is related to the disappearing of MEI.

LO admits that she tries to curse MEI with the shoe that soaked with blood. YEK rebukes LO severely and YUET gets ill because of great disappointment. SIN seems to be the only trace to find MEI; therefore, all of them set off to find SIN separately. Meanwhile, FU finds the shoes of HONG and YEK; thus, suspects LO have killed them as well. Fortunately, NIN explains all the loops and sets free LO. Finally, CHI meets SIN and finds the blessed tree. They find some evidences and send LO to tempt the real suspect. LAN PO is executed by eunuch LING and dies in front of QUEEN BO. QUEEN BO is heartbroken.

However, she has no idea about Family KIM; moreover, FUEN FUEN and HEI HEI cannot recognize her and cry a lot. Unfortunately, Family KIM does not aware the differences despite they feel suspicious. The ex-QUEEN begins to worry about her fake identity and scares to be found; hence, Eunuch PO gives three thesauruses to ex-QUEEN as protection. CHUEN and KUE are furious and reckon the accounts with the ex-QUEEN at her house. Just then, the ex-QUEEN meets KING and discovers about the truth of her lost of son years ago, which was done by KWOK KAU and QUEEN KWAI.

Eunuch PO tells ex-QUEEN the conspiracy of KWOK KAU and QUEEN KWAI, whom took away her son purposely. Apart, YEK catches QUEEN KWAI with a nest and offends her. In spite of YEK apology, QUEEN KWAI is still very angry. The ex-QUEEN helps YEK to defense and annoys KING. QUEEN KWAI takes the opportunity to bargain and requests to be the official QUEEN and KING accepts her request unexpectedly. Ex-QUEEN disagrees with the irrational decision of KING and threats him at night. Unfortunately, KING is in coma after the threat. Just when everyone thinks that KING is died, ex-QUEEN cures him with a white gourd.

QUEEN BO realizes that CHI has passed by and tries everyway to alert her. Apart, TONG intends to write her family a letter but she can express in drawings; thus, ex-QUEEN helps her to draft a letter. However, Family KIM begins to suspect when they discover the letter. The handwriting of ex-QUEEN is extremely different with CHI.

Despite they try to challenge ex-QUEEN, they are not smart enough. One day, TONG loses a kite and it flies into the palace. The ex-QUEEN meets KING again when she helps TONG to fetch the kite. KING invites ex-QUEEN to visit the palace with PRINCESS together and they are astonished to learn the past from ex-QUEEN. Therefore, ex-QUEEN explains that KING told her previously.

On the other hand, QUEEN KWAI misunderstands that the four beauty wives have discovered her secret, faking pregnant. She frames Family KIM for assassins her; thus, convinces KING to execute them. Therefore, KING orders an arrest for Family KIM.

The ex-QUEEN falls down a cliff together with the assassin when they struggle in the woods. Meanwhile, Family KIM is trapped made by CHUT during the escape. Besides, DAI has difficulties in deliver her baby; therefore, CHI goes into the poison woods for a kind of herb. Coincidentally, she meets QUEEN BO who is evading. CHI helps QUEEN BO to escape; however, eunuch LING discovers them. Eunuch LING desires to eliminate all of them at one time; but unfortunately, he falls into the trap of CHUT also. The fell off from the cliff causes ex-QUEEN suffers from a short-term memory loss. Despite her wielded behavior, YUET has no alternatives but seeks for her assistance in delivering a note to NIN in order to rescue them. Unexpectedly, the ex-QUEEN completes her mission successfully and NIN sends his troops to save his family. Meanwhile, KING calls upon Family KIM; therefore, they think that they are going to be hung. At last, HONG shows up and introduces himself as the Prince. KING rewards Family KIM with gold and silver for taking care of HONG. And, YEK becomes the future QUEEN; nevertheless, KATE and YEK are pregnant at the same time and all of them celebrate the happiest moment together.
