Chen Mian, a roller skating girl, took the initiative to join the Qingdao short-track speed skating team out of her love for short-track speed skating. Prosecutor Tsutaguchi then learns of a case that took place in 1955 in Tsugaru, Aomori Prefecture, where Ritusko Ikematsu and Kohei Kimizuka grew up.
