Christine L'Heureux
Christine L'Heureux is a publisher and author of children's books. She is at the origin of the "Caillou" project, created in 1989 with the illustrator Hélène Desputeaux (1959). She is the author and creator of the character's name and psychological universe. Her books were adapted into a Canadian animated television series in 196 5-minute episodes broadcast from September 15, 1997 to October 3, 2010 on Télétoon. She is the founder of the Chouette editions which mainly offer "Caillou" books, distributed in collections adapted to each age group.
