Cierra Voelkl grew up living in Tustin, California with her parents Richele and Jim but also has two older half-brothers, Jason and Ryan. Ever since she was a baby, performing has been in her blood. From the Miss Tustin Toddler pageant to dance classes, she couldn't stay off the stage.
