Guo Baochang
Guo Baochang (郭宝昌) was a Chinese director, screenwriter, actor and novelist. In 1965, he graduated in Film Direction and Screenwriting from the Beijing Film Academy. He directed his debut feature film Mist Over Fairy Peak in 1980. He is known for writing and directing the 2001period drama The Grand Mansion Gate (大宅门), adapted from his novel of the same name.
