Isabelle has her mind set on getting her life back on track. Felicity and Neville are extremely uncomfortable when Vanessa invites them to a family weekend. Marko tries to warn Danny against Kagiso. Isabelle realises that the people in Oppiekoffie are avoiding her. Mandla doesn’t tell Neville where his information for his article came from. Gita asks a favor from an old friend.

Isabelle realises that everything is not fine with Felicity. Everybody is congratulating Mandla on his article. Gita advises Linda to make an effort with her appearance for the trip to Dullstroom. Marko sees right through Kagiso. Mandla is possibly in big trouble.

Paula is busy interviewing Kagiso. Mandla tells Vince that he regrets ever trusting Gita. Clara tells San-Mari and Alyce about the food she bought from Errol, and they smell a rat. Mandla confronts Gita. Tension is high in the Hillside Times office.

Gita sees Linda in the Deli, Gita diverts Linda's attention for a moment and drops a pill into her drink. Linda is in the boutique looking for an outfit but suddenly feels sick. Xander has a suspicion about Neville and Felicity but he tries to put it out of his mind. Tim offers to take Gita home after the function and she invites him for a night cap.

Linda asks Tim about the previous nights function. The more she asks about Gita, the more uncomfortable he gets. San-Mari asks Lukas to help with Clara's photo shoot in the gym. Marko orders him around a lot, but in the end he saves Clara from a falling light, and he is her hero. Neville realises that Xander overheard his telephone conversation.

Tim's children are very upset about everything that's been happening and choose to take Linda's side. Brenda tells Vince why Ciska hates her so much.

Ciska has a very big outburst. Isabelle sees Dawid in the bookshop. Tim scrapes together the courage to call his daughter. Ciska attacks Aggie in T&T. Hilda tells Vince how Ciska has been acting but Vince refuses to believe it.

Xander feels Vince should not involve himself in Ciska's problems. Mandla's mother is very upset when she hears about Alyce and Mandla's engagement. Errol gets an opportunity to be alone with Janine. Gita hears that Emma is also moving into the Heights. Ciska asks Vince to help her.

Alyce and San-Mari pack Ciska's belongings away. Oubaas, Hilda and Maria get the information they need for their 2010 guesthouse from the Tourism Board. Felicity wants her and Neville to go on holiday to Italy. Alyce loses her temper with Mandla.

Alyce feels that if she agrees to a traditional wedding, Mandla is going to want to control her with everything else for the rest of their lives. Gita is shocked. Alan and Dawid meet at the bookshop. Gita tells Dawid that the flat next to Emma's is available. Everyone welcomes Emma back to the Heights and Hilda, as usual organizes all the snacks. Dawid follows up on the tip Gita gave him.
