A royal family finds itself in great turmoil after King Mahavendraand Queen Priyambada were found brutally murdered. The prime suspect is the family servant, Santosh but the shadow of doubt also extends to Prateik who, despite the king's disapproval, continued his relationship with one of the family's daughter, Princess Yashodhara. KD succeeds in getting Santosh acquitted as Prateik admits to the crime but strangely the case is far from over.

However evidence leads to Terrance Gomes, a CA who was a shareholder in Ankit’s company. Terrance tells KD he didn't kill Ankit. KD finds out that one of the coffins was that of Sam Mendes, Terrance’s Godfather. Both had died in a car crash. Further investigation brings into light the fact that Ankit had accidentally killed them but kept it a secret all along. Now an irrefutable motive is established against Terrance and he is in deeper trouble. Who killed Ankit and Why?

Vaidik gets accused of his father’s death who fell from the terrace. Vaidik tells KD he didn't do it. His father wasn't well so he took his father out to the terrace for some fresh air but did not kill him. However a video that the prosecution presents shocks everyone. It was shot from the opposite terrace where two girls were recording themselves but in the background we clearly see Vaidik pushing his father from the terrace. KD is taken aback. All of a sudden Vaidik accepts he killed his father but claims that a mystical voice commanded him to do so. Andy the base guitarist of a rock band gets accused of the murder of his band member Ryan. Andy being Varun’s cousin, KD Pathak takes up the case. The story takes a twist when Zack who was to replace Andy in the group gets murdered. Andy was really scared approaches KD this time. As the trial ensues, Kamat the manager of the band claims that it's not Andy but the guitar that the victims played and the tune that killed them. It’s a killer guitar. The guitar this band purchased belonged to Rocco a musician who died under mysterious circumstances. To debunk the ‘cursed guitar theory’, Jaiswal asks if anyone would play it and one of the people in the court does. Later get gets murdered too. This shocks everyone. KD smells foul play. Riddled with 4 bullets, they find five bullet casings around him and realize a fifth bullet was fired but is missing. The two stories connect and before you know it, the cops feel this Amnesiac Man who has a signature beginning with K, is the only link/witness to the murder of the art dealer. The shooter fired at the Art Dealer and one bullet missed and hit this man’s novel. And this leads to an intricate web of Fake Paintings, Forgeries, Omanian Shaikhs and dubious painters (backdrop) who all end up being under the needle of suspicion.
