In Bristol, staff insist a 15-year-old is not old enough to look after her 12-year-old sister on a flight.

A fiery Scottish grandmother is not allowed to board her flight for Aberdeen because she has been on the whisky, and Emma Ellwood escorts a party of VIPs in Newcastle, on her final day before starting cabin crew training.
