Chefs Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson lead their coastal teams of four chefs in the first challenge, taking on some of the most iconic summer food ever: boardwalk bites. Guest judge Noah Cappe decide which chef's time at the beach has come to an end.

The beachside battles continue as Antonia Lofaso challenges the chefs to created dishes that focus on the one protein that's inseparable from coastal cuisine: seafood. Chefs Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson kick things off with a one-on-one battle to see who can make the best handheld seafood item. Then, the teams throw down, each making their coast's version of a seafood feast on a budget. Guest judge Sabin Lomac decides which chef gets sent home.

There are sure to be fireworks as Antonia Lofaso challenges the chefs to create delicious summer eats that revolve around America's biggest summer holiday, the 4th of July. Then, the chefs with the least successful burgers have to battle for survival by making a grilled family feast for judge Jeremy McBryde.

In the end, guest judge Stephanie Boswell helps send one chef home with a salty taste in their mouth.

Guest judges Tim Hollingsworth and Rashida Holmes decide which coast's chef has proven that it has the best beach food and deserves to be crowned Best of the Beach.
