Jay McCarroll (Project Runway) surprises himself by reaching new heights as Tanisha Thomas (Bad Girl's Club Season 2) gets up Drill Instructor Harvey's grill... big mistake. Plus, an emotional weigh-in ceremony reveals the extra pounds and emotional baggage the cast hopes to shed at Fit Club.

7x4 - Teamwork
A brutal, muddy and windy teamwork challenge brings out the worst in Tanisha and Sebastian as they bare their fangs and throw down. Later Tanisha's faces her deadly fear of water with the help of hunky Olympic gold medalist, Cullen Jones.
7x5 - The Art of War
Both teams finally get the chance vent some anger in an epic Pugil Stick battle where an unlikely Fit Clubber emerges as the big hero. After last week's blow up, Rhonda teaches a much needed Anger Management exercise. Nicole's hard partying puts her at risk in the weigh in ceremony.
7x6 - Play to your Strengths
Bobby Brown disappoints his team and Harvey by announcing he has a prior engagement and will be leaving Fit Camp. Can Harvey get him to commit to the program?
7x7 - Mind Over Matter
Harvey forces the cast to put Mind over Matter as a CFC Marathon pushes the cast beyond their limits. The next day, in a session to help them learn to turn a negative into a positive, Rhonda has each of them face the bad press they've received -- by reading it out loud!
7x8 - The Crucible
A grueling Hell Week challenge sends one Celebrity Fit Clubber to the hospital while the rest are forced to rough it outdoors. Later, Kevin Federline gets a chance to man-up and help Shar Jackson move on. Will he take it?
7x9 - Graduation
In the final challenge, the cast revisits "The Punisher," the course that left many of them crushed and bruised the first time around. The 200K Grand Prize winners are revealed -- but last minute drama sends one Fit Clubber storming out.
