Dale gets pulled into the Spirit World where Death mistakes him as someone else. Dale attempts to save his soul by beating Death in a hockey game. Playing the first person to 100. Jacques and Frank try to figure out how to get Dale back.

When an object from space falls in Chilly Beach, everyone picks up what they want. Frank takes the plutonium that was in it. The USA thinks that Frank is using it to create Weapons Of Mass Destruction. The US gives Chilly Beach 48 hours to hand over the bomb, so Frank has to create a bomb and hand it over or Chilly Beach will be blown up quicker then Dale drinks a two-four.

The US Government needs to get the media off his back because he was caught picking his nose. Katherine gives the government an idea to fake a Pluto landing on the out skirts of Chilly Beach. Frank stumbles upon the "Pluto Landing" site and is mistaken for an alien. Katherine tells Frank that he'll be a part of a "secret" space mission, that no one shall know about. He then figures out the truth later on and Abbie helps Frank escape.
