First up for the challenge is International DJ Mark Eteson, who hopes to create a hands-in-the-air experience with his rave themed evening. Mark prepares an Ibiza inspired menu - from Bora Bora Beach brownies to paella - but what will 59-year-old alternative therapist Gill Bright, 36-year-old housewife Sally Rachael, 46-year-old amateur dramatics lover Michaela Kearns and 42-year-old financial advisor Scott Hillier make of his big fish little fishcakes? Also, Mark expects each guest to take part in a rave off, judged by himself. Will his guests don their white gloves and get into the summer of love, or will it all be a washout?

Financial advisor Scott Hillier hopes to blow the competition away with a Wild West themed evening. Scott is the joker of the group but makes a shocking confession about how he met his wife, and dinner table harmony isn't helped much by Gill's awkward apology to last night's host Michaela. Maybe Scott can smooth things over with his own unique style of Wild West country rapping or his song about the Swindon railway network?

Will Sally's cryptic menu be a hit and will the group be able to look each other in the eye after a very eventful dessert?
