HUNG recalls the case and accuses MONG as the murderer. MONG admits he is the killer. YUNG and YI find the case suspicious. Moreover MONG does not like the wanted criminal. They ask CHU. CHU tells them that MONG has a brother ON who is an idiot. They find him and realize that he is the wanted one. ON tells them what he did. MONG also tells the truth.

3x1 - Episode 1
September 1, 1997
After losing part of her memory, KO CHIT left CHEUNG TAI YUNG and started her new life alone in Canada. YUNG goes to find CHIT but in vain as she has started off to Beijing to organize an interview. CHIT stays in Hong Kong and visits the psychologist who gave her treatment in the past. As he has retired, CHIT seeks treatment from HO CHI WANG. YUNG secretly follows CHIT to Beijing. On the plane, a man named LAW TO FUNG claims that he is CHIT's friend. CHIT thinks that he is her former friend but she cannot recall him as she has lost part of her memory. LI CHUNG YI arrives and informs YUNG that SHEK SIU WAI is blackmailed. YUNG goes to the police station with them. CHIT has made an appointment to interview Professor CHEUNG. The appointment has to be postponed as Professor CHEUNG does not have time. The gangster blackmailing WAI does not turn up. However YUNG and KIU CHUN are aware that a lady is connected to the case.… ...

YUNG brings CHIT to the police to report the theft. However CHIT is frightened. In the third transaction, NAM CHING is arrested. She states that she works with WONG HO SANG in WAI's case. However they cannot find DSANG as SANG is dead. CHUN finds the letter left by LING SIN WA and suspects that she is involved in SANG's death. YUNG meets FUK CHIU HUNG, who is CHUN's mother. As CHUN indulges in his work and neglects his wife KEUNG YEUNG, HUNG is discontented. CHIT suggests to break up with YUNG immediately when they arrive at Hong Kong. Her sister KO MAN suggests her to think over it carefully but is in vain. YUNG does not understand what has happened. He chases after CHIT and by mistake he hurts her leg. In the hospital MAN states that the X-ray film is not CHIT's as CHIT was hurt and screws should be found in her leg bones. Later MAN is knocked down by a car and is on the brink of death. It is a set up instead of an accident.… ...
3x3 - Episode 3

YUNG questions CHIT but he is lurked. He faints and luckily he is saved by YI. When he regains his consciousness, he rushes back to Beijing where he finds the real CHIT is hospital. CHIT can only recalls that she hurt SANG when he wanted to rape her. She can remember nothing fatter then. The police accuse CHIT having killed SANG and do not allow YUNG to visit her. As YUNG can do nothing to help her, he is angry. Later YUNG seeks help from YU who is a green-handed lawyer.
3x4 - Episode 4
September 4, 1997
YUNG asks YU to send a letter to CHIT. CHUN is impressed by YUNG's love of CHIT and he goes home to stay with his wife. CHIT faints and is sent to hospital. CHUN allows YUNG to visit her. They are happy to see each other. YUNG asks CHIT details of the case and finds many suspicious points. In Hong Kong the fake CHIT, who in fact is LING SIN WA, wants to run away with WANG. However they are chased after by YI. They run away separately and WA is arrested by the Chinese police, YI is sent to Beijing to investigate WA's case. WA claims that she did not kill anyone. She only impersonated CHIT so as to go to Hong Kong. YUNG worries as CHIT's situation is dangerous. YUNG, YI and CHUN go to the site again. They find WA's hand print on a child's clothes. WA is surprised.
3x5 - Episode 5

As there is evidence, WA admits that the murder was done by her. CHIT and YUNG are excited. On the other hand, WANG returns and declares that all were killed by him. WA knows nothing about the case. YEUNG is pregnant and HUNG is happy. Both WA and WANG are condemned capital punishment while CHIT is released as she hurt SANG to protect herself. YUNG and CHIT return to Hong Kong after the trial.
3x6 - Episode 6

CHIT wants to move to Canada with MAN but at the last moment she decides to stay with YUNG. YUNG is excited. YUNG and CHIT move to a flat near to YI's house. YI is discontented with LI SI LUNG who records his illegal parking every day. YUNG joins YI's team together to CHAK WING TIN who has a strange character. CHU SAU KWAN is CHIT's aunt. She lives in CHIT's house. YI’s aunt also visits YI. YI accompanies his aunt to Guangzhou to receive treatment. On the return journey, LUI CHIN MEI sees a man being pushes down hill. The victim is her father LUI SAI HO.
3x7 - Episode 7
September 9, 1997
MEI is grievous and the case is complicated. YI looks after MEI and MEI thanks him. They mutually impress each other. KWAN does not like CHIT learning cooking from YU PIK LING. LUNG is transferred to YUNG's team and YUNG instructs her to be YI's partner. LUNG knows that she is in trouble. TIN follows the clue that one million dollars has been taken away from HO's account. YI pays MEI a visit and he finds a telephone number in HO's room. After checking he knows that KWOK SHU SUN had borrowed HO's money and they had had a quarrel in a bar before HO was killed. MEI invites YI to stay with her in Lamma Island. They are drunken and fall asleep together. The next morning, SUN's corpse in found on the beach.
3x8 - Episode 8
September 10, 1997
A witness states that SUN jumped into the sea and killed himself. YI suspects that he killed himself as he felt guilty. However TIN does not accept YI's conclusion. YUNG and his colleagues check SUN's house and from SUN's MTR tickets and appointments, he could not be with HO when HO was killed. YUNG appreciates TIN's talent. As YI and TIN have different ideas on the case, they argue. At the same time, YI is attracted by MEI's charm. YUNG finds the relationship between HO, SUN and MEI's mother. MEI's mother was pregnant when she married HO. On the other hand an old worker reports that after MEI's mother death, HO raped MEI when he thought MEI was her mother. YI is confused and keeps an eye on MEI's behavior and character. YI's aunt is hypnotized and recalls that she did not witness HO's pushed down hill. She thought she saw the case as instructed by MEI. It is clear that MEI is involved in the case.
3x9 - Episode 9
September 11, 1997
YI recalls that he found some salty smell on MEI's hair when they were on Larnma Island. POON CHI TO, a psychiatrist, warns that MEI is a dangerous person on the brink of explosion. YI flatters MEI but at the same time allows her to see him dating LUNG. MEI is confused and insane. MEI invites YI to visit HO's tomb together. YUNG and the others get ready to take action. YUNG asks LUNG to go home as her mother has fainted. Later YI finds that LUNG's mother did not have any problem. He realizes LUNG's dangerous situation and rushes to save her. MEI wants to push LUNG down the cliff with her car. YI arrives just in time to save LUNG and arrest MEI. MEI admits what she has done and kills herself in the police station.
3x10 - Episode 10
September 12, 1997
CHIT visits TO. TO is impressed by her and asks her to take a part-?time job. CHIT becomes a part-time journalist and she interviews the winners of a cooking competition. KWAN is unhappy as LING is also a participant. KWAN makes friend with HUNG and is attracted by him. In the press conference KWAN Is nagged by LING. Thus she drives a car towards LING to frighten LING. LING is nearly knocked down and all are taken to the police station. TIN frightens LING to give up accusing KWAN but KWAN does not know TIN's kind act. In fact TIN was KWAN's fiance. When KWAN realizes that HUNG is their new supervisor, she is happy. As KWAN's hand is hurt, she cannot take part in the competition. LING wins the competition.
3x11 - Episode 11
September 15, 1997
TIN goes to the inn which they always visited in the past on the outlying island. There he finds KWAN. However it is too late and there is no ferry service. Thus they spend a night on the beach and wait for the dawn. The next morning, TIN brings KWAN to the police station. TIN and LUNG go to Mei King Bay to find witness for KWAN. There they find an artist who drew a portrait of KWAN when she had fallen asleep. His statement proves that KWAN is innocent. CHIT and KWAN visit MUI. They find a rose paper weight. CHIT also gets information that PONG, who was a merchant, was found dead in Singapore after eating LING's food. YUNG suspects LING. YUNG discovers the secret love between PONG and MUI. CHIT recalls the paper weight and also the time difference of their last phone call.
3x12 - Episode 12
September 16, 1997
CHIT checks MUI's telephone in her company and discovers her trick on her phone. CBIT is aware that MUI is involved in the case. She also remembers the wooden box of MUI. CHIT and KWAN go to Mei King Bay again. YUNG and his colleagues also arrive at MUI's house. MUI is arrested and accused of being LING's murderer. LUNG's mother is dying. She tells LUNG that her father is not her genetic father. LUNG is reminded to find her real father. YI provides with LUNG accommodation. YUNG's stepbrother comes from the USA. CHIT and KWAN do not like his style.
3x13 - Episode 13
September 17, 1997
CHIU's corpse is found along a river. On seeing the decaying corpse, LUNG feels sick. KWAN misinterprets HUNG's intention, thinking that he invites her to see an opera together. In fact she is only a baby-sitter. LUNG tells CHIT her life-saver when she was a child. In fact her life-saver is YI but both do not know. YUNG and CHIT come across TUNG when they are dating. TUNG wants to kill herself but is saved by them. CHIT introduces FAY to be a part-time photographer. FAY is excited. TUNG is YUNG's old friend. She tells CHIT her unpleasant experience. She married a musician LIM. LIM was unemployed, thus she worked hard to earn their livings. She was shocked and wanted to commit suicide as she found the filthy relationship between LIM and her sister LAM. Later LAM is found dead.
3x14 - Episode 14
September 18, 1997
LAM is dead and her corpse is terrible. Her neighbor SA reports that before LAM died, there was loud music. YI is careless and breaks SA's Mickey mouse glass. YUNG and YI check the four involved persons. They know that one of them was sent to hospital in Macau. They suspect CHIU as the killer. An old lady comes and recognizes that the corpse is CHIU. YUNG feels strange as TUNG cannot identify the corpse correctly. In the television program, TUNG advises LIM to return. In fact she uses the name of the song to warn LIM not to show up. YUNG cannot realize her trick immediately. TUNG refuses to eat KWAN's cake as she is allergic to eggs. LUNG also gets the medical report from the hospital. YUNG accuses TUNG of telling lies.

YUNG discloses TUNG's trick of misidentifying the corpse. TUNG tells the truth. In fact TUNG and CHIU went to Macau first. Then they asked LIM and LAM to discuss the matter. However they could not compromise. YI takes care of LUNG and tells her that he saved a girl when he was young. LUNG realizes that YI is her life-saver but she does not have the courage to tell him. YUNG follows TUNG and finally finds LIM. YUNG arrests LIM. LIM tells YUNG the whole story. CHID loved LAM and even stole his company's money for her. However LAM loved LIM. Therefore CHID planned to kill LIM after killing LAM. However CHIU was killed by LIM by mistake. After telling YUNG everything, LIM rushes into towards a car and is knocked down. He dies in the street.
3x16 - Episode 16
September 22, 1997
FAY and HAY are old friends. HAY's husband owns a magazine. CHIT is aware of the friendship between FAY and HAY. One day FAY and HAY go out with HAY's son BOR. BOR is knocked down by a car and dies. HAY blames herself and feels guilty. SA asks YI to investigate her mother's death. Her mother YING died eighteen years ago. As SA finds a letter left by YING, she believes that YING did not kill herself. TIN was responsible for YING's case, so YI asks him. Later YI and LUNG go to TIN's home and from his neighbor, YI learns that TAI B visited TIN frequently and on the day of YING's death, he was also there. KWAN stays in Hong Kong and runs a restaurant. She is cheated by the workers of renovation. TIN helps her but is hurt. In the hospital, the doctor recognizes TIN and tells TIN that he has recently seen TAI B - MONG.
3x17 - Episode 17
September 23, 1997
YI, SA and LUNG visit MONG but MONG cannot recall anything. CHIT introduces TUNG to help KWAN in her shop. TIN's friend KIN comes to avenge TIN's being hurt. KWAN calls the police. In order to settle the case, TIN gives money to KWAN and the workers as compensation. HUNG's daughter YEE is murdered. YUNG and YI investigate the case. Beside YEE's corpse, TIN finds some hair and a hat. He recalls that the situation is similar to YING's case. He tells YUNG. YUNG continues his investigation. SA and MONG are hypnotized. MONG recalls that SA was asked to lock the door. They conclude that YING knew the murderer. SA's uncle LEUNG had filthy relationship with YING. YI finds LEUNG before YING's tomb. LEUNG claims that he is not the killer. SA goes to find her grandmother and comes across CHU. CHU tells her that they were neighbors and SA frequently visited him.
3x18 - Episode 18

SA breaks up with her boyfriend. YI knows that he has a chance. As ON is mentally ill, the government does not accuse him. HUNG is unhappy. Later ON falls down from the roof of the hospital and dies. HUNG is suspected. KWAN has to delay the opening of her restaurant but she still has confidence in it. TIN admires KWAN but KWAN is more interested in HUNG. FAY and HAY are found going into a hotel together. The others are discontented, especially YUNG. YUNG wants to have a baby but CHIT does not agree. Later YUNG finds her being on pills.
3x20 - Episode 20
September 26, 1997
YUNG and CHIT have a quarrel. CHIT and her colleagues go to Mr. CHUNG's house to have dinner. HAY is not there. YUNG comes to take her. They forget each other. YUNG worries as FAY has not been heard for days. YI explains for FAY but YUNG links FAY and HAY up for HAY's disappearance. From some fingerprints, YUNG finds that HAY has spent some days in Larnma Island Hotel. Moreover HAY had withdrawn two million dollars before she disappeared. They suspect FAY. YUNG does not know what to do. Later a corpse is discovered and they suspect that it is FAY.
3x21 - Episode 21
September 29, 1997
After investigation, it is certain that the dead man is FAY, YUNG's brother, YUNG is in deep grief, He works round the clock, hoping he can find the killer, He recalls that FAY has fought with YIP WAI, TIN finds MAR HO HING, who is believed to be the last one seeing FAY before he was killed, HING admits that she met FAY but nothing was special, She only informed FAY that HAY wanted to leave him, YUNG's father and younger sister come. They are also very sad. From the record on blood type, YI discovers that HAY's son is not HOI's. Instead FAY may be his father. On the other hand, LUNG finds a video tape shot by FAY. She gives it to YUNG.
3x22 - Episode 22

From the video tape, they realize that FAY and HAY did not commit adultery. HAY was raped by WAI before her marriage and WAI continued to blackmail her, FAY went to argue with WAI after he learnt the case from HAY. YUNG arrests WAI but WAI has witnesses to prove him not guilty, At the same time, JIMMY, who is HOI's employee, is poisoned and dies. From JIMMY's girlfriend, YUNG knows that JIMMY saw HAY after FAY had been killed. YUNG finds it strange. CHIT watches television and sees CARMAN, YUNG's ex-girlfriend. CHIT is annoyed with some bits of terrible memory. YUNG realizes that JIMMY did not see HAY. It was somebody else. He goes to HOI's house with YI immediately. When they arrive, there is an explosion.

YUNG, HOI and HAY are hurt and sent to hospital, WAI is killed in the explosion. Ignoring CHIT'S warning, YUNG questions HOI, HOI admits that he had falsely blamed HAY and FAY, so he tried to kill them with HING's assistance, As JIMMY had seen HING at the scene, HING killed him, Later they realized that they had made a serious mistake, Thus they tricked WAI and tried to kill him with the explosion, FAY's case is solved. HING also dies as she has been injured seriously. At the same time, the gap between YUNG and CHIT continues to widen.

YUNG and CHIT see YAU and her father off at the airport. YUNG stills feels guilty for FAY's death. CHIT asks YUNG about MAN and YUNG tries to hide the fact. CHIT has no way to find the fact. The others blame TIN for FAY's death. TIN questions YUNG and they have a fight. HUNG wants to transfer TIN to another team but YUNG objects to his suggestion. KWAN asks HUNG to give TIN one more chance and HUNG grasps the opportunity to beg KWAN to marry him. KWAN is impressed. YI brings SA to meet his aunt. His aunt likes SA. LUNG feels jealous but she does not want to spoil YI's love. She claims that she has a boyfriend. SA works as an instructor in the scout center. As she regards YUN as LI, she lets YUN to be taken away. When YUN's father CHEUNG comes and knows what has happened, he worries much.
3x25 - Episode 25
October 3, 1997
YUN is kidnapped. YEE and CHEUNG worry. They ask WAI to lend them money so as to save YUN but they are refused. CHIT and KWAN are robbed. Luckily TIN arrives and saves them. However TIN is hurt. CHIT is shocked and recalls some bits of her lost memory. KWAN visits TIN but she is discontented with his rude behavior. She slams him. CHEUNG and YEE worked for WAI and CHEUNG had to stay in hospital for a year as he was knocked down by a car when he wanted to protect WAI. YUN was given birth in the period. YI questions YEE and YEE admits that she was raped by WAI and YUN is WAI's daughter. CHEUNG has mercy on her and still accepts her. When it is found that the kidnap is arranged by WAI's son KAN, WAI changes his attitude and agrees to lend them eight million dollars. CHEUNG gives the money to a magician in Ocean Park and the money vanishes.
3x26 - Episode 26
October 6, 1997
CHEUNG secretly hides the money in his house as instructed by the kidnapper. The police has a photograph of the kidnapper and from his birthmark, his identity is disclosed. A flat is burnt. KAN and YUN are found seriously hurt by fire in it. They are in a comatose. CHIT receives therapy of hypnotism. She recalls the relationship between YUNG and MAN. YUNG overlooks CHIT's diary and learns that CHIT marries him to pay what he has done for her. He is depressed and decides to leave CHIT. CHIT has no objection. YI and LUING come across MICHAEL in the hospital. They learn that KAN loves dogs and they suspect that KAN is also a victim in the kidnap.
3x27 - Episode 27
October 7, 1997
YI studies the video tape and discovers that a mysterious man was there. He looks like CHEUNG. When he asks CHEUNG, CHEUNG tries to escape. CHEUNG admits that he did all the things to take revenge on WAI. He tried to kill KAN and YUN but they are still alive. YI persuades CHEUNG to surrender but before he gives the reply, HUNG guns him down and CHEUNG dies. Although CHEUNG's house is searched, the money still cannot be found. CHIT and TUNG go shopping and accidentally, CHIT falls down on an escalator. Her baby is miscarried. YUNG is sad and he does not want to give CHIT more pressure.
3x28 - Episode 28
October 8, 1997
YUNG and CHIT decide to divorce. YUNG stays in YI's house and CHIT goes to Canada. LUNG finds that SA's boss YIP is her father. She goes to visit YIP but YIP suspects her. KWAN drinks Sacred Water and has to receive treatment. HUNG wants to beg her to marry him again. However by mistake, he misses the chance. TUNG meets TUNG and they go to Ngau Pui Chau with YUNG and YI. They go there together to visit TIN. KING and HON are blamed by the villagers as they make profit from selling Sacred Water. TUNG persuades TIN to abandon superstition. TIN is angry. YAT foretells that a member of the FONGs will die in water. After drinking HUNG's coffee, YI is poisoned and faints.
3x29 - Episode 29
October 9, 1997
TUNG seeks help from LONG, who is a doctor. YI is cured by him. LUNG discloses her love beside YI and YI pretends that he is still unconscious. KING's corpse in found in the water with a knife on her chest. YUNG questions the people concerned and knows that the relationship between KING, HON and SAN is not good. YAT foretells that there will be another victim killed by fire. SAN is killed in the temple by fire. YAT foretells that someone will die in earth. They have no idea. HUNG cannot be found. They suspect HUNG. HON leaves immediately when the typhoon has left. YAT goes to find TUNG. TUNG screams and YUNG rushes to see what has happened.
3x30 - Episode 30
October 10, 1997
YAT escapes. From HUNG's father KAU, they find that HUNG is TIN's daughter. TIN changes his bill and leaves his fortune to TUNG. CHIT returns and meets YUNG. However they have no feeling towards each other. HUNG's dead body is discovered. The deaths of the people prove the power of the curses of Tin Yuen Sect. They died because they had betrayed the sect. TUNG courts TUNG. TUNG seeks help from YUNG. After investigation, YUNG realizes that Tin Yuen Sect killed many villagers in the past. LONG claims that his parents' deaths are not related to TIN. YAT is pushed down and cliff and is killed. TUNG wants to kill TIN but is stopped by YUNG. TUNG falls down the cliff too.
3x31 - Episode 31
October 13, 1997
TUNG takes refuge in a deserted house. YUNG and YI try to trap the killer. LONG comes to kill TUNG but in vain. LONG runs away and catches TIN. TIN is killed by LONG. LONG is arrested and discloses the secrets. He admits that he is the killer. His father died as his father was sick but being a member of Tin Yuen Sect, he refused to have any treatment. LONG won SAN and HUNG's trust and making use of YAT, he killed the people. TUNG suspects that TUNG is still alive. Knowing TUNG's hiding place, LONG managed to be aware of YUNG's trap. TUNG becomes the winner as TIN has transferred the fortune to him.
3x32 - Episode 32
October 14, 1997
As YUNG and CHIT try to stay away from each other, the others cannot bridge them. CHIT knows LUNG's feeling, she invites LUNG to stay in her house. YUNG meets TUNG and YUNG finally has the courage to court her. MAN is a model and her dead body is found. LUNG and YI go to the wedding party of YIP and YIU to question YIU. LUNG cannot control her feeling and YI calms her down. YIP recognizes LUNG as his daughter and gives her a present. However LUNG refuses to take it. YIP is kidnapped by some masked men. LUNG tries to save him but in vain. She is knocked at the head and faints.
3x33 - Episode 33
October 15, 1997
YIP and LUNG are kidnapped by TAI and KIN. With the clues left by LUNG, YI knows that they are locked up in Sai Kung. TAI and KIN run away as they find YUNG and YI finding their refuge. YIP and LUNG are saved. YUNG leads his colleagues to arrest TAl.KIN and TIN suddenly feel sick together. They leave the team. TIN thinks that he has cancer. KWAN worries about him. The magazine receives a letter accusing YIP having betrayed his friend KEI. CHIT asks YIP. YIP is angry. CHIT's car is trashed and LUNG suspects YIP. YIP is angry. YIU accompanies YIP to see the doctor. YIP locks himself up in the study immediately after he has returned home. Then he vanishes.
3x34 - Episode 34
October 16, 1997
Someone sees YIP at Sheung Chi Cliff. YIP's stick and scarf are found there. As KEI also disappeared at the cliff. It is suspected that YIP has committed suicide as he felt guilty. KEI is found by CHIT and LUNG. He is now a street-sleeper. He discloses the secret to them. KEI stole the gem from an American soldier and he felt guilty. Therefore he gave the gem to YIP. However KEI’s wife thought that YIP had stolen it from KEI. YIP jumped down a cliff but was saved. However his family left him. TIN's health is all right and KWAN feels relieved. KWAN knows that she should not marry HUNG. HUNG is shocked. LUNG remembers that a gypsum statue was sent away on the day when YIP vanished. They go to check the transport company. A box falls down and YIP's corpse is discovered.
3x35 - Episode 35
October 17, 1997
YIP was strangled to death. LUNG is depressed. SA finds that LUNG and YIP have been acting strangely. TIN learns where KIN is from HELEN. However KIN escapes. HUNG suspects TIN having protected KIN. It is discovered that YIU is a lesbian and MONG has been her lover. Suddenly it is reported that YIU is dead. ERICA, LUNG and the guard go to her workshop and find her having hung herself. LEUNG brings YI to buy jewelry. Seeing LUNG so depressed, YI gives her a bracelet. He also gives SA one of the same style. SA feels uneasy as she and LUNG wear bracelets of the same style.

To satisfy SA, LUNG requests YI to be her foster brother. YI has to accept the request reluctantly. YUNG discovers that ERICA was also YIU's lover. He suspects her. CHIT is jealous of TUNG who has been so intimate with YUNG. KWAN invites YUNG and CHIT to dine with her. They come across RAN who is KEI's wife. RAN keeps her son's identity secret. RAN hurts ERICA. She admits that YIP and YIU were killed by her. However YUNG and YI suspect that she is only trying to protect her son. After investigation, they find that SING is RAN's son. SING impersonates a doctor so as to visit ERICA. He is discovered, so he keeps SA and LUNG as hostages. YI comes and warns SING. SING agrees to release one of the two girls. YI does not know what to do.

LUNG's heart is broken as YI asks SING to release SA first. YI and YUNG grasp the opportunity to catch SING. SING admits that he killed YIP as he thought that his father KEI had been murdered by YIP. He made use of CHING so that he could approach YIP and won his trust. He also made use of ERICA to stay close to YIU. Then he manipulated the case, making others believe that YIP had committed suicide and YIU was involved. YUNG follows TIN to the fourteenth floor where TAI's dead body is found. The gem cannot found. TIN's duty is suspended and he is investigated. TUNG is shocked as she sees KIN. She nearly drives her car to the pavement. HUNG gives TUNG a ride. YUNG cannot forget CHIT and he tells TUNG his feeling. TUNG drinks a lot of wine. Later she is found dead.

YUNG blames himself as he thinks that TUNG killed herself for him. CHIT receives a call from the traveling agent and learns that TUNG had reserved a seat in a flight. It seems that she did not kill herself. YUNG investigates the case. YUNG receives information of HELEN. He goes to Kam Tin to find her. TIN sees HELEN and follows her. CHIT also follows them. In a deserted house, CHIT hears a gun shoot. TIN is hurt. CHIT roughly sees YUNG having fired but she is not certain. TIN is in a comatose. KWAN worries much. YUNG finds that CHIT was at the scene. A beggar TO was also there. He heard conversations and the gun fire but he did not see the people.

YUNG comes across KIN but KIN manages to run away. KIN's dead body is found later. He was killed by a broken bottle. CHIT suspects YUNG and tells KWAN her idea. KWAN questions YUNG in the police station. YUNG is investigated. CHAU is poisoned and HUNG frames YUNG. YUNG has to kidnap CHIT and runs away. HUNG shoots at him but luckily YUNG is not hurt. YUNG hides in the walled village. YI finds him. YUNG suspects HUNG and he may even be the killer of TUNG. YI decides to seek help from FUNG. HUNG kills TIN in the hospital and his act is witnessed by KWAN. HUNG admits that he was blackmailed by TAI and KIN who had avenged his wife and daughter's deaths for him.

FUNG leads the others to the hospital. They find HUNG having caught CHIT. YUNG saves CHIT but CHIT is hurt. CHIT is in a comatose. HUNG tells all crimes he did. He took away YIU's money, killed CHEUNG, TAI, KIN, HELEN and TUNG to keep all the secrets. He also framed YUNG. TIN recovers and KWAN is excited. They get married. To stay away from depression and grief, LUNG quits her job and plans to go to Canada with CHING. SA knows what LUNG has done. She decides to bridge LUNG and YI, thus she migrates to Australia with her grandmother. LUNG thanks her. YUNG cannot help crying as he sees CHIT's condition. CHIT is touched and wakes up. She also gets her memory back. After all the difficulties, their love can finally blossom.
