In Atlanta, they're servin' up a smoked bacon meatloaf sandwich and mini banana bread loaves drenched in chocolate. In Arizona, a former doctor smokin' competition-quality sliced brisket, ribs, and pork & grits in a gas station. And in Fort Worth, a cowboy chef dishin' out chuckwagon-style food like a lamb chili, chicken-fried steak, and a burger with a BBQ bologna twist.

And in Ohio, an old taco joint doin' a fast-casual take on Greek cuisine but not skimpin' on the menu with lemon dill-sauced lamb chops and 26 different desserts.
