Meanwhile Alessandro continues his investigations into the robbery gang; following the trail of the car used by the robbers, which had been rigged, he arrives at a mechanic who is a potential accomplice of the criminals; to make him confess he risks going over the limit and is stopped by Luca, with whom he ends up arguing.

The victim is an acrobat thief who may have stepped on someone's toes. But by investigating the man's movements, another truth will emerge. Meanwhile, Alessandro, thanks to a case he stumbles upon, finally faces his grief and returns to Irene's grave.

The case is complicated by the fact that the only witness is the lady's biological son, an autistic boy with whom no one seems able to communicate.
