Bill and Scooter go on vacation after the Thunderlizards drop a Stink Bomb on their home. Meanwhile, the Thunderlizards foil a plan by the Thuggosaurs to release giggle gas from a float during the Fossil Day Festival and Parade in Jurassic City.
