Diane sets off for her last chemotherapy session. Tracy approaches Carly for an apology but Carly refuses to give her one. Vanessa refuses to speak to Kirin when he turns up smelling of alcohol. Leyla has been discharged from hospital and is confused when Nikhil mentions that her proposal yesterday was very romantic.

The next morning, Paddy sits alone outside Smithy Cottage where he notices Tess' blood on his jacket. Kirin goes round to Ross and begs him to help move a burnt out car for him. Ross works out that Kirin was responsible for the hit and run and demands £20,000 from him as payment.

Kerry calls out Hot Tony to the salon to fix a broken loo, and to set him up with Bernice.

Arthur proudly shows off Laurel's scan picture but Laurel worries to Harriet that Ashley's heart is no longer with the church.

Holly receives a text from a friend saying Dean was on a suspended sentence and has gone straight back to prison. She's annoyed to find Moira clearing out all drugs and alcohol from the farmhouse to avoid risk of temptation.

Liv is unsure what to do after overhearing Aaron insist to Chas that Liv is the best thing that has happened to him in ages, and he trusts her.

Robert walks away, leaving Lawrence unconscious on the floor. An upset Chrissie dashes round to Bernice and breaks the news to her that Lawrence was responsible for Andy's attack. The sonographer carries out her exam on David. Bernice goes to confront Lawrence and finds him unconscious on the floor.

Rakesh notices Belle quickly dressing in the office as Jermaine hides under the desk. He persuades Lisa to get her bag and go before she spots them. Belle quickly begins blowing out the candles but accidentally knocks one into the office waste bin. Chrissie tells Andy that she went to see Cain in an attempt to persuade him to provide him with Debbie's contact details.

The next morning, Zak arrives back from the police station, having spent a night in the cell. David leaves to get his test results. Rakesh hears that Zak was arrested for the factory fire. Zak is hurt when even Joanie suspects he may have been responsible for the fire.
