This time we are in Brooklyn at Fortunato Brothers Bakery to learn how the best cannoli in New York City are made. Action's guide is Biagio Fortunato, a second generation pasticere and co-owner of the bakery. Bronson starts off with an espresso and a deliziosa, before trying his hand at rolling out the dough for the shells. Action Bronson kicks off his Never Ending Top Ten with a visit to three of New York City's best restaurants. The day starts off at Frenchette in TriBeCa for soft scrambled eggs, or brouillade as the French call it, with escargot. Then we head to Greenwich Village for seared tuna fat hand rolls with Thai chilis and scallions at Shuko. 6x7 - RARE BRAZILIAN BEEF AT A MOM AND POP BUTCHER SHOP

Action Bronson treats the people of Long Island to an impromptu barbecue on the sidewalk. Bronson had asked his friends at Babylon Village Meat Market to track down a rare cut of beef called Cupim, the muscle on the back of Zebu cow, so he could make his first attempt at grilling the said piece of meat. While the grill is hot, Action's host at the butcher shop breaks out a wide array of dry-aged steaks for the feast. We even see Bronson freestyle a kebab on a chicken rotisserie skewer, to the delight of the many onlookers. Enjoy!

LA’s Chumbeh pop-up was such a success that Action is bringing it to New York City on this episode of FTD’s Road to the Restaurant. In collaboration with local eateries like Win Son and La Bicyclette, the crew curated the ultimate menu inspired by Action’s favorite dishes. After our time in Austria, the crew headed over to the next stop on the 2024 FTD European Tour: Milan. First up, Clovis visited Cascina Lago Scuro, a farmhouse and restaurant that’s been family-owned and operated for 300 years. We took an incredible tour through the grounds to stop by the “House of Salami” and watch fresh cheese get made. To wrap up the day, we sat down at the restaurant to try a variety of pizzas, pasta, and charcuterie bites, all using the ingredients made fresh on the property. The next day, Action joined Clovis and the crew visited Pan Milano to try a selection of fresh-baked breads and sandwiches before performing at Circolo Magnolia. Enjoy!
