They're in the West Country, where they go surfing on the Severn Bore, dig out their buckets and spades for a sand-sculpting contest in Weston-super-Mare, and try bonding with an alpaca. Rob also makes plans for the future while admiring a coffin made out of willow, and there's a visit to Somerset's spectacular Cheddar Gorge - not to mention a bit of cooking along the way.

Pulling up in Scotland, Freddie and Rob try to make a good impressionon their hosts by battering some chocolate bars.

More appetites are satisfied as Freddie and Rob move on to the South East, taking part in a treasure hunt on the River Thames.

Coming full circle, the boys conclude their adventure with a trip back to Lancashire, finishing with a feast at Freddie's old cricket ground.
