In eight hours, they will not only have to create four different desserts, but at the end of the day, they must also create a three foot tall chocolate and sugar centerpiece.

You'll see Victorians, a Frank Lloyd Wright, a Vanderbilt mansion and a huge estate built by John Ringling, complete with a merry-go-round. At the end of the day, one of our gingerbread architects will walk away with ,000.
