It appears that a very important book is lost and the Black Cloaked Envoy is very angry.

The team takes a very drastic measure for the trap and it inadvertently saves Old Chu, Guo, and the fire undergrounder from certain death.

A strange doctor is found who might be able to fix Chief Zhao’s eyes. He catches Da Quin spying on him using dark energy. The doctor refuses to treat Chief Zhao. Shen Wei demonstrates that he’ll do anything to help Chief Zhao and the doctor relents, but there are scary side effects that cause more problems. Finally La Qian secretly emails the team with a suggested cure that involves the artifact.
