Later, YAN learns from other triad society members that HUNG is imprisoned and they ask her to visit him. The Railway Corporation asks ICAC to carry out investigation on their Freight Section because they suspect that their staffs are illegally utilizing the empty railway compartment for smuggling. The freight transportation system will be computerized in one month’s time and all evidence will be destroyed by then. ICAC investigators therefore try to infiltrate into the Freight Section to carry out investigation and the main suspect is the Manager LEUNG CHI KIN. KIN appears to be a good boss and he is having a good relationship with his wife LI YUE KUEN. KIN is eventually arrested and KUEN also discovers that he has been committing adultery. Investigator IRENE discovers that the chief engineers LEUNG TIK WAI and LAI CHI KIT are involved in the case. In order to avoid the building from collapsing, the Housing Department decides to spend huge sum of money to rebuild two blocks. The Department also plans to announce the news to the public to protect their interest.
