It has been 50 years since the discovery of the Vistamps, mysterious stamps that can separate the inner demon in one's own body by contracting with them! Deadmans, a demon-worshipping organization, appeals to its followers to release the demons in their bodies in an attempt to revive their Master Giff, the mummy found within their ruins... At Fenix, a government agency organized to protect the peace from the Deadmans, researcher George Karizaki begins to develop the Revice System! Despite all this, eldest son Ikki Igarashi is busy working over at his family-owned public bath, Happy Spa! Although he takes care of regular customers, he is being afflicted by a runaway devil that only he can see. It's an important day when his younger brother Daiji gets appointed as the captain of Fenix... however not everything goes as planned when an unexpected event occurs at his brother's graduation! So then now, alongside the devil only you can see...!

In order to protect his family, Ikki Igarashi transformed into Kamen Rider Revi by contracting with the devil within his body, Vice. However, he insists that he must protect the bath house while his mother is absent while she is in the hospital, and is reluctant to sign an exclusive contract with Fenix to fight the Deadmans as a Kamen Rider. His younger brother, Daiji, who was selected as the messenger of this agreement, was also tasked with delivering the Driver he was supposed to use to his brother. Meanwhile, a Deadman appears at the driving range. Revi transforms once again, emphasizing a desire to fight to protect others without making any sort of deals. Despite this however, Vice possesses an innate desire to consume humans and rampage to his heart's content.

"There's more to the world than a bath house..." Daiji was visiting his mother, Yukimi's hospital room. He is worried that his brother Ikki won't sign a contract with Fenix, so he went to consult with her about it. Their mother kindly tells Daiji, "You should just do what you can". Meanwhile, Ikki is having issues with yet another kind of contract. While their family consented to the eviction proceedings of their bath house due to the city's renovations, Ikki still refuses to accept the outcome. "This bath house belongs to our family!" Just then, his childhood friend Ayaka, who was out shopping, contacts him. "Ikki! A Deadman has appeared!" Ikki has a love for bath houses stronger than anyone else, but at the remark he jumps out of the hot water like a conditioned reflex. However, Sakura and her friends are being threatened by a man with a gun and have been taken as hostages.

Ikki managed to defeat the Kong Deadman and successfully rescue his sister Sakura and his childhood friend Ayaka. However, the man who took Sakura and his friends hostage wasn't the holder of the Kong Vistamp. Unless they retrieve the Kong Vistamp, there's a chance another incident will occur again. Meanwhile, the Deadmans seem to have uncovered a way to revive even more elite demons. Contrary to an impatient Daiji, Ikki still lacks the awareness that is necessary to become a Kamen Rider. As cracks start to form in the relationship between the two brothers, who is the true holder of the Kong Vistamp?

Ikki was called in by Fenix. It has been confirmed that one of the four likely thieves has advanced to a Phase 2 contract with the Cheetah Deadman. Only Revice has the ability to separate a soul from a Deadman, but Cheetah takes the fall as the other three members escape. Not to mention, the Cheetah Deadman's speed makes it extremely difficult to get a hold of, even on its own. Because of this, George Karizaki has prepared the Jackal Vistamp for Revice to access his Jackal Genome state to serve as a suitable countermeasure.

The Igarashi family takes a trip to a hot spring resort for two days and one night to celebrate the discharge of their mother, Yukimi from the hospital. Everyone gets excited in the stylish lobby as George Karizaki boasts his inspiration from the area. However, there were also many instances of anxiety. The Ushijima family, who also happened to be there, are regular customers of Happy Spa. In addition, George and Hiromi, the two members of Fenix have appeared in the area to closely monitor the movements of Daiji Igarashi. Lastly, Aguilera, Orteca, and Julio are also hidden amongst the employees. In addition, Kagero, pretending to be Daiji, joins the family trip with a mischievous look on his face, leading to much concern and speculation at this hot spring resort. Despite this however, Ikki and the others head over there blissfully unaware of all the dangers lurking around them. Instead of being a door to happiness, could this trip end up being an invitation to hell?
1x9 - Runaway Kagero! Igarashi Brothers... Collapse!?

A few days after their tragic family trip, the Igarashi family was filled with a deep sadness. Ikki is depressed after the shock of being attacked by the devil, Kagero, who looks just like Daiji, right in front of his own family! However, his father, Genta, is confident that Daiji isn't doing this willingly, and is being manipulated by Kagero! On the other hand, Sakura wonders how her gentle brother could have possessed such a fiendish devil within him. Meanwhile, only their mother, Yukimi, is serving the customers of the bath house with a smile as usual! "Don't put on such sad faces! Daiji will return to us!" Encouraged by her words, Ikki renews his conviction to save Daiji from Kagero's clutches! However, Fenix issues an order to eradicate Evil, saying he should be annihilated before the rest of the world finds out! At the same time, Kagero receives the Brachio Vistamp from a Deadman, and begins to abuse its power indiscriminately!

"Accept it. The Daiji you know is gone forever." Kagero's words just echoed out as cold as they could be. Can Ikki still believe in Daiji? Will it ultimately be hope or despair waiting at the end of this intense conflict? In such an extreme situation, the bond between two brothers is tested.

Deadmans related crimes have been increasing rather than decreasing. Meanwhile, it is said that some people are gradually using the Vistamps in new ways. Orteca contacts one of them, Amahiko Haitani, who has the Planarian Vistamp. On the other hand, the youngest child of the Igarashi family, Sakura, was frustrated by Aguilera's repeated provocations, along with both her brothers playing an active role as Kamen Riders. Sakura was training herself this entire time, believing that only the strong can carry out true justice, but whenever she confronts Aguilera, she seems to be facing her greatest weakness and stress overcomes her. Meanwhile, a package from an unknown sender arrives for Sakura. When she unpacks it, she finds a Driver the likes of which she has never seen before.

Just after her brothers became determined to put a stop to Seiko's transgressions, the Driver Sakura was given doesn't activate. Ikki is injured while trying to protect Sakura, and although Daiji blames her for being so reckless, Ikki uses this opportunity to get closer to Sakura. Shocked and hurt by Daiji's words, Sakura lashes out without listening to what Ikki has to say. Just what is missing from Sakura in order for her to transform? But there's no time to find out, as Amahiko Haitani, the man manipulating Seiko's emotions, attacks the city once again using the Planarian Vistamp.

The Skybase, Fenix's giant aerial fortress has to land on the ground to refuel and restock some supplies. As the members on board take time off to accommodate the wait, the number of personnel onboard will be limited, so they have to be prepared for anything, and the three Igarashi siblings all seem to be up for the challenge. However, George Karizaki takes Ikki's Revice Driver in order to develop a new kind of Vistamp. However, Ikki is frustrated at the notion he won't be able to transform if needed, and is concerned about Daiji and Sakura. So, he decides to take a bath with Hiromi, who was ordered to take time off just like the others. Meanwhile, something disturbing is lurking within the walls and halls of the Deadmans Base... There is a plan to attack the Skybase and secure the Vistamp Development Lab on board, as the illusion-casting Chameleon Deadman leads the charge! Just before they all know it, the grasp of the devil quickly approaches Fenix...!
1x14 - The Commander Is...a Deadman!?

Could the identity of the traitor within Fenix, the one who led the Deadman's invasion of the Skybase, and the Chameleon Deadman truly be... Commander Wakabayashi? Daiji and Hiromi find this hard to believe, but George Karizaki calmly decides to set a trap for the Chameleon Deadman who is aiming for the Giff Stamp in the lab, to confirm his identity. Meanwhile, the Deadmans are currently undergoing preparations for Aguilera and Lord Giff's wedding, with the bride anxiously anticipating that the ceremony's sacrifices will be able to resurrect her groom. Furthermore, Kudo, a former lawyer who was released until the wedding ritual was ready, decides to head directly towards Happy Spa to confront Ikki. At the same time, doctor Amahiko Haitani heads towards the high school that Sakura is attending.

Aguilera and Julio hide together as she thinks about Lord Giff, while Orteca advances his own ambitions with the help of the Chameleon Deadman! Meanwhile, Sakura argues with her mom over at Happy Spa about the current state of their battle against the Deadmans and whether or not the Libera Driver will still be needed. As they discuss, Hiromi approaches as Ikki and Daiji contemplate the current state of events.

However, the current whereabouts of Aguilera, Orteca, and Julio, who are still executives, are unknown as the search for them continues! Meanwhile, Ikki came to see George Karizaki in his lab. Amahiko, Kudo, and the man who pretended to be Yujiro... none of them were able to separate themselves from their demon, so Karizaki attempts to find another way to free humans from the contracts of Phase 3 Deadmans! George says it's time to master the Volcano Rex Genome, an evolved version of the Barid Rex Genome from before! To master this new form, Ikki and Vice start to train themselves in a virtual simulation designed by George!

Ikki starts to feel concerned when Vice starts to talk to someone in front of him, leaving Ikki to realize he has become transparent! Just then, an angry-looking George Karizaki appears before them. Apparently Karizaki wasn't the one who designed the Rolling Vistamp after all! A furious Karizaki tries to apprehend Vice, but Vice escapes saying "The time has finally come!" The words "Betrayal is the demon's specialty..." linger around in the air. Meanwhile, the Kuuki Kaidan comedy group are refusing to work or leave the house out of fear they'll be attacked by the Deadmans...!

By doing so, Ikki, who is trapped inside his own body, awakens and comes to a settlement with Vice. If you fail, you both will disappear. It will be a dangerous mission, but Karizaki says that "action is believing" to the two. Karizaki bets on what he was taught and with determination, uses the Demons Driver! And Ikki faces a challenge with Vice for his own body!

He seems to be suffering from amnesia. A depressed trio of Igarashi siblings decide to make a movie on Hiromi’s life on the suggestion of Ikki. In order to wake him up, filming on this movie has begun!!

The person in the broadcast was Fenix director Akaishi himself. “The destruction of ordinary peace is imminent,” Akaishi declared, and that his entire plan will be revealed at a press conference. This causes tension between Sakura and the others, who enjoy this last day of peace. On the other hand, Daiji bore witness to Akaishi’s superhuman abilities and works with Ikki and George to stop Akaishi before he can hold the press conference. And Vail aims to kill the Igarashi family.

While Sakura fights him to protect a helpless Hana, Tamaki appears. Tamaki wonders what he could do, and so he joins Weekend.

For those who refuse to fall under the rule of Giff, Akaishi sends the demon after them. Daiji is beginning to be concerned about his ability to protect the peace of the people. Weekend begins to urge people to resist Akaishi, but their efforts become meaningless as demons continue to be released into the city. Ikki appears in front of Masumi with a proposal to capture and rescue Akemi. He firmly believes in what Akemi desperately told him, “To defeat Giff, you need the power of Giff.”

The mission to rescue Akemi was a complete failure due to Akaishi's clever scheme. Even though the Giffdemos was no longer a threat, Daiji lashes out at Ikki with deep anger. Then Hiromi returns and asks Ikki to allow him to handle Daiji. Everyone is excited for his return, and gets to work in helping out with the battle against Giff. At that moment, Genta appears in front of his children as well as Karizaki. "If you need to use Giff's cells, then use mine."

Daiji is not being manipulated by Akaishi, and Ikki feels with the very fiber of his skin that Daiji's own judgement is now out of control. He believes that it is mostly due to the absence of Kagero, who is not here to balance Daiji's emotions. This triggers an emotional response from Genta. On the other hand, Akaishi himself continues to relish in his growing love for Daiji and orders the eradication of the Igarashi family, who continue to resist against Vail. As for Weekend, Tasuke is now gone and the feeling of loss is now getting to them. Without any time to mourn his death, shelters continue to be attacked. With Hiromi's mass-produced Demons Troopers and Ultimate Revice fighting on the front lines, they continue to inspire a stronger fighting spirit and confront evil!

With Vail now cornered by Ultimate Revi, Masumi appears. Though the place is disturbed and Vail escapes, Masumi presents a new belt and Vistamp. “Let’s settle this, Vail.” George then completes a new belt and Vistamp for Genta. Genta prepares to say goodbye to his family and confronts Vail, not only to resolve the conflicts from his past, but also to help get Daiji back from the path he has lost himself in.

Genta ferociously settles the score with his demon Vail, which triggers a violent reaction inside Daiji. Did his father's message get through to him? With an amazing feat, Vice is sucked into Giff's subspace. After returning to Happy Spa, Ikki and his friends express their concern about Vice while Ikki thinks about how he can change Daiji's mind. Daiji visits Happy Spa one final time to say goodbye to his mother, Yukimi. As such, Ikki decides to face Daiji one last time, as he is someone as with as much resolve as him.

Some of these cocoons are found in Giff's domain containing Gifftarians... and even Orteca. Has the crisis really been subdued for good? The battle that the Igarashi siblings must fight continues...

While Ikki and his friends continue to consider options, George immerses himself in "certain research." Hiromi asks the three siblings what George's motives are, and they tell him that it may be revenge for Masumi. Seeing his precious family being hurt in front of him, Ikki decides to face George. Daiji, Sakura, and Vice are unable to respect his decision. Their opinions may differ, but their story remains the same.
