No matter where they go they keep finding reasons the ball can't go there. Kicking the ball between them in panic, the ball winds up next to Kat. And the exploding ball scores!

A short time later Kat's being hit by an acorn everywhere he goes. A chase of a squirrel winds up back in the yard and Kat learns that squirrels stick together.
