This cartoon featured Savoir Faire, the French mouse with a penchant for ill-gotten goodies, who was continually pursued by Klondike Kat, an inept Northwest Territory Mountie stationed at Fort Frazzle. Klondike, under orders from Major Minor, pursued the elusive rodent, eventually stopping him in spite of his bumbling efforts. During the chase it is not uncommon to hear Savoir Faire taunt his nemesis, "Savoir Faire is every-waire!" To which Klondike would answer in frustration, "...I'm gonna make mincemeat out of that mouse!"
2x3 - Who's a Pill
September 23, 1967
Savoir Faire is stealing all the food, and Major Minor has Klondike Kat go after him. Klondike gets a pill from a doctor to give to Savoir Faire so that he can capture Savoir and get him to do anything he wants. However, it backfires, and the plan is switched. Klondike gets the drug, and Savoir Faire has him do the stealing. Major Minor ends up following Klondike Kat straight to Savoir Faire, whom he captures.
2x4 - Getting the Air
September 30, 1967
Klondike Kat is in New York bringing back some secret cheese to the fort. The New York Police Department sends him back on a balloon in order to avoid Savoir Faire. But Savoir Faire is everywhere, and he jumps onto the balloon from the top of the Empire State Building. A major aerial battle ensues between Klondike Kat and Savoir Faire- but in the end, "Klondike Kat always gets his mouse."
