And Cath Callaghan loves her peace and quiet and longs to set up a therapy business from home. Just up the road, single student Kate Harland longs for her first ever home, alone - desperate to escape her noisy, messy, student flat for something a bit more grown up.

Designers Nadine and Toby want a house that's in need of serious refurbishment, with a 60ft garden, ideally with a flat front, and also with a `good narrative' to boot... on a maximum budget of £350,000.

Kirstie and Phil hit the pavements of Windsor and Maidenhead in a bid to find homes for Nicki and Damien, and Maria - who is returning to the UK after living in Switzerland for a decade. Nicki and Damien are in desperate need of a family home. They have a fantastic budget of £800,000 but they also have a rather interesting and at times conflicting list of requirements: Damien would like a watermill, solar panels and a room for a garden tree-house. Nicki on the other hand is more interested in the number of bedrooms. Meanwhile Maria is adamant that her new home has to be a bachelorette pad with the wow factor.

But with long wish lists and the tricky Scottish market to contend with, Phil and Kirstie had a fight on their hands.
