Although the deadline for casting is approaching he has just about given up and is resting at his Staten Island home when a high wind storm gives him more serious problems to think about. When the storm reaches the dangerous stage a young woman seeks refuge in his home. His problems take on a new flavor until he makes an important discovery which enables him to solve them all.
