The demon king Ahab, angry at Jack the Ripper's defeat, sends Romy, a female racer, to Japan as a new challenger in order to crush the Saionji racing team. Without the doctor's permission, Tsurugi agrees to participate in a hill climb race that he has no experience with. After repeated training, the entire team participates in the battle, but they fall into Ahab's trap and find themselves in a predicament.
1x3 - Race Caves of Hell

The Saionji team participated in a race sponsored by the Le Mans Kingdom. The battlefield will be the Great Limestone Cave Circuit, where once you get lost you will never be able to leave. However, Jack the Ripper steals the king's course blueprints and sabotages the swords. However, Baron uses the stone statue that is the keystone of the labyrinth to break down the structure of the ruins, leaving the course suspended in the air due to a large amount of sand!

Angered by the news of his retirement, Tsurugi takes out his frustration at the constant tests on the doctor. The doctor was developing a new V3 engine to overcome Hayabusa's weaknesses.
