She doesn't pick up but her neighbor is watching and has a surprise in store. Another young neighbor wants to show off his driving skills but ends up with a serious dent to his pride. And finally a neighborhood hero stops an arsonist in his tracks, saving a grandma and her grandkids and showing us the true meaning of the phrase "love thy neighbor."
