Hirasaka Ryuji, who has begun working at the gynecology department of St. Juliana Hospital, is surprised to find out that the head of the department is Jinguji Narumi, a woman he once raped as an experimental subject. The video shows the various experiments Ryuji performed on Reimi, as well as a certain truth. Meanwhile, Kodama Hikaru, one of Ryuji's experimental subjects, has gone so far as to give herself enemas in private. As she was subjected to the experiments, she had truly fallen in love with Ryuji. She also goes to the police station to be interrogated and begins to talk of the events that happened between her and Ryuji. The feelings towards Ryuji hidden in each of their hearts and bodies gradually become clear.

During questioning, Hikaru mentions the name "Fujisawa Ako." The detectives immediately begin investigating Ako's background. They become convinced that love is at the heart of this case.
